Very pleased
We were very pleased with the quality of service that we received when purchasing our refrigerator. It was a positive experience. I spoke directly to the sales team (no long wait) who answered my queries. We required the door to be rehinged to the opposite side. This was carried out prior to leaving the warehouse to minimise the disruption time after delivery. The delivery drivers were friendly and proficient in unpacking the product to ensure that it was undamaged. They very kindly went over and above their remit to manoeuvre it into position.
We needed to replace our microwave and went directly to Appliance Electronics. We were not disappointed by the service or price.

First- I grabbed the bargain, when I bought Samsung Fridge - Freezer, really good price if compared with different stores
Second- It was fast delivery and everything was explained to me during phone call two days before delivery and I also got mail with full instruction.
Third - Two lovely chaps Val and Lach brought my new appliance, calling before with information when I can expect them and checked with me if everything is ok. So yes, for sure I will order from this store again. Thank you!

Great experience dealing with this company. The price for the Samsung fridge freezer wasn't the cheapest on the net but the services they offered, for a fee, (removal of old fridge, unpacking, taking doors off, recycling) made up for it. At first we were told it will take a few days but after telling the guy on the phone that our old fridge freezer broke down and we are desperate to get the new one asap, he squeezed our order onto the next van on a Monday (we ordered on a Friday). Very kind! The delivery guys, Rick and Nick, were super nice and helpful and everything went smoothly. Definitely would buy from this company again!

Fridge freezer delivery
Order placed on Saturday evening, got a phone call on Monday to say delivery would be made on Tuesday. Excellent service, polite delivery personnel and I was kept informed of delivery time on the day.

Brilliant prices and service and the delivery went very well, although they shouldn't have brought the fridge in the delivery men went the extra mile and brought the fridge in for me as I am unwell which was a very kind gesture from them. Easy to order online and very competitive price. Unusually I was able to phone and get hold of a human being with an enquiry - which was answered politely and accurately. I can’t fault this company at all
I can’t fault this company at all, we ordered an American fridge freezer on a weds morning (online) & it was delivered the following day, The 2 delivery men were very helpful in unpacking it all to allow inspection of the fridge, it was packaged so well, no bumps, dents or scratches exactly what we ordered. We paid the extra for our old one to be taken away, the whole thing was just hassle free. The only negative i would say was just delivery time we were given a slot between 11-4pm & it was delivered after 4pm but only by about 10/20 mins and understand we live quite a few hours away so appreciate traffic etc, that’s the only thing I’d say but on the whole we’re very happy with the whole purchase, especially the price it was a lot lower than the main competitors for the same fridge, great service would certainly purchase again from the company.
