I ordered the cat water mat for my kitten back in early june... Received updated emails about my order and then nothing.. checked the tracking that they have provided and was not trackable... so I again emailed to see what was going on with my order.. no response... So now we are in mid August and I am now going to contact my credit card company to dispute this order... shame on them... The website that is listed for them is now down....

No way to give 0 stars. The same as the other review! Got a thank you email, and a "sorry, it'll be delayed due to high order volume" email, and then nothing. Also, it says "subscription" on the order, but there was NO subscription. It was just for the cat toy with the stuff fl9ating in it. Do not buy! I hate scammers!!!

This is definitely a scam, luckily I only spent $10.00. I received an order confirmation and a separate thank you for your oder promptly after placing . It’s been 2 months and nothing received. So I replied to the email and it can’t be delivered.

I ordered TWO FREE cat blankets the end of May. It is now the 4th of August and despite sending queries re my shipment I have had no response. Looks like the bottom of the bucket company..and I am now out approximately $30 Cdn funds for shipping Not a happy customer for sure

Never received the product, emailed back-and-forth with them multiple times and they kept saying that they would refund me as soon as possible but I never received a refund. I just emailed them again and it came back undeliverable and now when you click on all the links for the website or tracking, the site is completely gone.

The Aquacats Play Mat was a complete disappointment. The product was poorly made and broke the very first time I tried to fill it with water. My cats never even got to touch it. A piece came unglued immediately when I opened it to add more water, making the whole mat unusable.

The return process is honestly a joke. They expect you to pay to ship the item back — which costs more than the product itself — or accept a partial refund and throw the item away on your own. On top of that, their customer support is slow and not very helpful, which only adds to the frustration.

I never received my order. I ordered the Aquapsws on June 7th. The company said it shipped, gave me a tracking number, but the link is broken.

Waited five weeks for my order & when there was no sign of it emailed the company rep. No response. Emailed aquacat, and again no response. Do NOT order from them. I wish I had checked here for the rating before I placed the order. Have learned my lesson & will always check here first. Big thanks to everyone who posted their experience with this company.

I contacted customer service multiple times about the product because of issues during the purchasing process and it took over a month to arrive, even though they claimed to be a company based in the US. Then I informed them that I planned to return the item when it arrived. I did exactly that. It was back in the mail the next day after I received it. That was in February. I have not received a refund, an acknowledgement of my return, or anything. I've tried to email customer service and I get no response. They are a straight up scam.

Scammed! I never received the item that I purchased or a refund for the sale.

Please do not purchase from this “so called” company!!!!!!

Scam. Waste of money and time. They do not ship and they will not refund either. They deserve to have a class action lawsuit.

Never got my product i ordered. Company personnel stopped responding to my my emails. Disputed with my credit company and already got my money back. Never should have fallen for the scam on Facebook!

On Facebook they offered a FREE Aquacats toy for 5.99 shipping. After I approved the payment they then billed me $59.99 for something else I didn’t order. Because I didn’t have the funds, It didn’t go through for the 59.99. However it did go through for the 5.99.
Then I never received the so-called free product for the shipping price 5.99. What a scam. I would never order anything from this company ever again.

This company is the worst. I ordered a cat met and decided to cancel the order within minutes. I emailed the business to let them know. I received an email saying it was shipped. I AGAIN reached out explaining the situation. No response. Then, I got an email saying it was delivered. I AGAIN reached out several times with my complaint. They finally responded telling me that I should get law enforcement involved if I didn't receive it. It's an unethical company. I would 10000% urge people NOT to use it.

Never recieved Cat Mat. They said they would refund my account. Still waiting waiting & waiting. Now they won't answer my emails

This company is the biggest fraud company ever you think you’re paying for the mat at $17 and once you hit pay, they tack on $59.99. When trying to get a refund they will not respond to you on any of your emails and there’s no phone number to contact. You literally have to go through your credit card to cancel this transaction. The mat itself is not as pictured in the Internet picture. FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.

I fell for an ad on social media for a free cat water mat, asking to just pay shipping. The ad included a video that appeared legit, and explained that they are giving away free water mats due to moving warehouses, which also seemed like a good reason. Luckily, being short of money at the time, I only opted to add a small payment to add plastic fish inside the mat although I was confused why they would not be included with the “free mat.” I received separate emails with different tracking numbers for the mat and the fish, but did not really pay much attention. Then a couple days later, I received an email from “Sarah” indicating that my shipment was delayed. I had been out of town and when I arrived home a week later, no orders had been delivered which led me to look back at the emails and track them. At that time, I noticed the tracking numbers did not appear to be valid and their website no longer worked. Upon further research, I learned that this is not a legitimate company. I will be disputing the charge with the bank and I’m grateful I did not get scammed out of more than $10.94.

Poor durability. My cat had it punctured in less than a minute. Great idea, poor materials. Total rip off.

Do not purchase this product. My cat's punctured it within the first 2 days and it happened at night. So my carpet and floorboards were soaked through

My cats are scared of it. no cat has used it at all. plus it leaks water and doesnt stay inflated. get a free paper bag from the grocery store for hours of entertainment instead
