It'a SCAM.
I orderd and Paid for a blouse on 26 march, I didn"t recevied it until today.
I asked for a refound, I was advised to check with my neighbors, maybe an other person recevied the package!!!!
If it were poasible, my score would have beea "zero".

I ordered a dress from emmamae the dress arrived all screwed up in a right mess I contacted the company straight away and sent pictures as they requested but they won't send me an address to return it ,i have tried 5 or 6 times and they still dont respond with an address. Don't use this company they dont give you your money back as they state.

CHINESE SCAM. Crap products, dishonest but when pressed they did refund a little money but they just bill you every month $4.99 and hope you don't notice without your consent which is frankly illegal.
Turn them over to the authorties.

I ordered a pair of shoes end they sent the wrong color. When I asked for the correct order they said I had to pay to ship the wrong item back to China on my expense even though it was their error. After many emails they agreed to refund 20% to make up for their error but the refund never came through. On top of it, the shoes are cheaply made and not worth it. I’d stay away from this company.

So NOT make a purchase from this store or any store with Emma …! They are changing their name because of their poor quality and service. I ordered 3 dresses that were such bad material that I would never wear them, tried to return them, they offered me 15% back with no return, no I want my money back, until they offered me 20% refund and it would cost me $200 to send back) so I said yes. A month later they charged my account the 15% instead of a refund. When I emailed them about it and sent them the email stating where they said they would give me 20%, tell them about their error. They fixed the bank mistake but still only gave me 15% back!! Ripe off in all ways!! Don’t purchase from!!

I purchased a jumper from the EmmaMae online store. There was no sizing chart and they did say that if it does not fit the item could simply be returned for a different size. When the jumper arrived, it was too small for me. There were no labels whatsoever on the jumper that indicates, size, washing instructions or where it was made.

I wrote to EmmaMae to ask for a refund or an exchange. Their response was :
'As mentioned earlier, returning the item internationally can be quite challenging. The shipping cost from the US to our warehouse is typically around $35–$40, and the transit time can take several weeks before the package is received and inspected. Only after that step can a refund be processed, which often makes the overall process lengthy and costly for customers.

To help you avoid those expenses and delays, we offered the 10% refund while you keep the item as a faster and simpler alternative. It allows you to receive a refund immediately without having to deal with the high return shipping cost or the long waiting period.'

It seems that was is a planned strategy. So, having paid in good faith for a jumper that does not fit, I would either have to fork out $35-$40 on return post (and also I am not confident I would receive replacement that fits) or receive a $10 refund and keep a jumper that I cannot wear.

When a purchased piece of clothing does not show the size, material used or place of manufacture , I suspect that it must have' fallen off the back of a truck'.

The refund policy on the EmmaMae site places ridiculous time limits on returns. Having made it impossible to determine my correct size at the point of purchase they have made it a return an expensive exercise. So, currently, they have got my money and I have not got an item fit for purpose.

I recently came across this place online and thought how nice two sister business, and then browsing the website i came across a dress that i thought was beautiful and would be appropriate for a event i have coming up, so i ordered it. (Erykahhh in blue)
1- I emailed wanted to find out about the material of the dress, if it is linen or not (no response)
2- Delivery took longer than i thought it should if shipping from Boston, well did not ship from Boston but from overseas! - Deceiving
3- Once received, What a BIG FAT DISSAPOINTMENT!!! this dress is so poorly made and cheap ( not at all what it looks like online, which may explain why no response to my email)
4- Return--- What a joke! Because the return policy is so drawn out because it has to go back to OVERSEAS they want to charge you $35-$40 or the other option is a 10% refund how insulting!!!! (which you can now see why they don't charge shipping)
5- This was a big lesson learned for me, will NEVER, EVER order from this site again.

If I could give them a 0 I would!! I ordered a pair of jeans that looked really cute in a picture. When I recieved them they looked nothing like the picture and fit horrible!! I paid $67!!! When asked to return them they offered me 10% refund, then 15%, then 20%, then 30%! You know how much 30% is of $67…nothing!!! They said it costs too much to send back to China!! China??? I would have never ordered them if I knew they came from China!! They sent me the address to return them to China and it was going to cost $264!!! This company is insane!!!

DO NO BUY FROM THIS STORE - read reviews from Emilia Melbourne store - same pictures - same cheap clothes - same inflated prices for Shein clothes - same issues with getting refunds! BEWARE

My recent shoe order arrived with an incorrect size, rendering them unwearable. There solution is for me to keep the shoe that is four times smaller than what i ordered and offered 15% refund.

I ordered a knitted cardigan sweater based on the picture. Said it retailed for $215 and was $54.99. It had 4.7 stars with 1200 reviews, which I couldn’t access. What I got was a cheap knit that had a design printed on it. When I contacted them they offered a 10% discount, then a $15 discount. Told me it would cost $35-$40 to ship it back. What a Bait and Switch scam! I would never order from this company.

Bliv snydt. Kvaliteten er ekstremt dårlig, er svindel hjemmeside. De sender varerne fra Kina, men får det til at se ud som om, de er baseret i Boston, USA. Alle varer er sat ned med 40 %,

Man kan godt returnere varer, men ikke hvis de er købt med 40 % rabat, hvilket i praksis gælder alt. Det er virkelig frustrerende at blive snydt på den måde. Jeg håber, at min oplevelse kan hjælpe andre med ikke at falde i samme fælde.
