Unfortunately not able to give no star rating. They are refusing to give me a refund for an item that does not work as decribed.

Bought some corrugated plastic pipe from them trading as Aquatics4all from Ebay. This cost £50 - so not cheap. I trusted the 99.4% positive feedback they had. Sadly, when the pipe arrived it was in an awful state - dirty, the plastic cover had disintegrated and it had a lot of kinks. I contacted them via Ebay and am awaiting a response - but am not hopeful given the comments on here from others. Ebay would not let me leave a negative response (is this how they get 99.4% positive? ) - and the true rating is the 2.4 stars here on Trustpilot. So beware before buying anything from these people.

Trades as KCTDirect, Do not buy a chicken coop, wooden parts were damaged and plastic tray broken in 4 places, offered a replacement tray and £5, asked for tray and £64.95 partial refund, seller refused stating the damage to the wooden parts was 'only cosmetic"
Ebay gave me a full refund eventually due to damaged parts and false advertising as coop is 155cm not 188cm and width is smaller by 5 inches. Now seller won't replace damaged tray. Avoid seller at all costs if buying wooden animal housing. bought early November refund from Ebay end of November. Unable to return as cockerel living in it for own safety as in danger from my other cockerel, seller aware but wanted me to return in original condition and in original packaging or no refund

I purchased a Hozelock Replacement Electrical Unit for my Bioforce 6000 pond filter. Unfortunately, the unit failed after only a couple hours of use. Upon inspection, I discovered that water had leaked into the bulb cover tube, causing the ballast to malfunction. While Aquatix's initial response was that the water damage was not covered under warranty, their customer service team was exceptionally understanding. Upon my request, they kindly sent a replacement unit at no cost. I have yet to install the new unit as I am taking extra precautions to ensure there are no leaks, but I am thoroughly impressed by their commitment to customer satisfaction. For this reason, they fully deserve a 5-star rating.

I purchased a new superfish pump that is obviously not fit for purpose as it won't restart after the power has been turned off. okay at moment I am having works done in the house which means they have to keep dropping the power, but I also live in a rural area and we do get power cuts. Aquatix 2u response was dont turn the power off. nothing to explain why in 30 years of having a pond, this is the only pump I have had to manually turn the impeller to get it to work. no blockage and no air locks. just a cheap and nasty pump not fit for purpose

Poor quality products and even worse quality customer service.

Take zero responsibility when the products are faulty

Don’t believe the next day delivery . I ordered a bag of saki balance on a Tuesday . The courier they use is rubbish . Got a mesg to say that it was due 18.30-20.30 on the Thursday so took time from work to be home ,but never came . I checked the tracker and the status had change to “ they have my parcel “ but not info of when it would be delivered . There was an option to change the delivery address as I thought I would not be in to receive it ,so did so to a local shop and I could pick up there at my convenience. Today is Saturday and I recieved a mesg saying the 15kg bag of fish food is too big to be left at the store and it’s being returned to aquatix-2u . 15kg is to big? WTF… Great . I will run out of koi food tomorrow so will have to source it from a local store . This is not the first time that the delivery promises from aquatix-2u turned out to be false . It’s happened before but was not so critical that it took longer than “ next day delivery “ . should have used another online retailer that I’ve dealt with in the past And had no issues . Poor showing Aquatix -2u. Some advice , change your courier service .

Disgusting company took my money i never received the product. Customer service skills are zero i save hard to buy nice things then you get robbed by some company who obviously only care about money. If my review deters 1 person from spending their hard saved cash with this company then I'll be happy . Don't bother replying to my review ,ignore it like you did all my messages .I'm so angry that company's can get away with treating good people poorly . They did nothing to help me all they did was blame me and the courier company is just as bad .I lost my money and my order so I'm out of pocket and no one cares . Thank you for keeping my money hopefully it brings you some bad luck. It's all people care about is taking the pounds not providing good quality customer service. Shame on you

Ordered a potting table from B&Q which arrived damaged. Seller completely ignores messages. AVOID THIS SELLER

I ordered a wheelbarrow and it arrived promptly and was as described. However, I was gifted a barrow the day after I ordered and was told I was too late to cancel, but I could refuse the delivery and I should watch my delivery email.
That email came in after I left for work and delivered very shortly after so I had no time to reschedule. Despite the delivery saying they would take it back to the depo if no-one was in (as no safe space specified or neighbour options selected) they dumped it on the front door step.
Now I am left with the cost of returning the barrow (nearly a third of the cost) or keeping it.
Not Aquatix 2u issue technically, but very unhappy about the experience and feel forced to keep it.

We ordered a poultry house following recent bird flu leading to lockdown for our chickens and ducks. The house was delivered extremely quickly despite our order being placed over the New Year period. The house was quick and easy to assemble. Would highly recommend this company.

Above and beyond, they were so helpful in ensuring I was able to get the item I ordered in time.

Item was attempted to be delivered 3 times. They couldn't find my address. I've now asked for a refund 3 times and they continually reply with excuses as to why this can't be done. I ordered through Amazon who I am now contacting for a refund. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!

Incomplete description on pond drain lead to me ordering the wrong parts. Customer services blamed it all on me despite the fact that they could have avoided this with a clear product description which they still haven't updated to help the next person. Refund was at my cost and inconvenience.

Ordered a wheelbarrow. It arrived in a battered box and poorly packaged inside resulting in the tub being dented by the frame moving around.
Contacted customer service who said it's only cosmetic and won't affect use, it'll get more dints and scratches with use and offered £8 partial refund.
I agree it will but if I buy a new dump truck and it arrives with dints and scratches. Would you still say it's only cosmetic and doesn't affect use.
They did refund £8 promptly.
They need to package things better.

Ordered flexible pond pipe and received in terrible condition - crushed, covered in algae, rotted packaging and pin holes in pipe. Contacted customer services who simply said ‘it’s stored outside so that’s what happens’. Really low quality products and very poor customer service. Avoid

ordered a Combi clear 4000 which arrived quickly.
says on the box, no complicated set ups, just plug in and works straight away. This would be true if it came with a plug fitted. found it annoying having to source a plug and fit it.

Really impressed with Aquatix-2U, ordered a full aquarium set up on Saturday and it arrived complete on Tuesday. Well packaged and courier delivered as instructed. Thank you!

Terrible customer service. Constant email replies with different stories. I would not recommend buying from them.
