​Their service is absolutely terrible. This is an irresponsible, dishonest, cynical, and highly unprofessional group of people; you will rarely encounter anything like this. For 5 straight days, they have been lying to me and making a mockery of my situation, constantly claiming that "the courier has the package and you will receive it today." This is how they dragged the process out for 5 days. There is absolutely no real response or action from the administration, other than ridicule, absurd excuses, and even more lies.

It's the worst cargo service I have ever had in Istanbul. I have a machine broke down and needed to send for a service, the service company gave a special code for Aras cargo to pick up. There is Aras cargo online form to fill in order for them to pick up the package. According to the online form, if it is filled between the working hour 9.00-15.30 they will come to pick up on the same day, and deliver next day if it's afternoon. Everyday I filled the form in the morning, but the cargo pick up never came.

I tried to call the Cargo branch which responsible for pick up package in my area, they said they would come, but still not coming.

There is English service hotline in Aras cargo's main centre , but the phone line never got through either. The last time I called the branch, the person answered the phone just told me he didn't understand me, so hanged up the phone.

It has been 4 working day passed, but I am still waiting for the package of machine to be picked up.

The worst cargo ever, I didn't meet worse than them. The staff is rude and not cooperative, the deal with the customers badly. I don't recommend them for anyone. I'm not satisfied.

Aras Kargo delivered my package on time however the handling during delivery was not very careful. The package was left in a rather careless way, which affected the overall experience. Delivery speed was fine, but a bit more attention during distribution would make the service much better.

Worst cargo shipping company I seen to this day , you can not see here you cargo is , or wen its gonna arrive, amatur company, we are living in 2025 aras kargo , people can following there package in all the other shipping companies

Terrible delivery service! My order was not delivered for 4 days from İstanbul to İstanbul . Every day I receive SMS that the goods are delivered by the courier and will be delivered today, I wait at home all day, nothing is delivered. Support is silent. They don't answer the phone.

Your delivery man called me and told me he cannot get in the the apartment when i go at the security gate he then ask me the shipping code when i give him he told me wait i will deliver other delivery i waited him 30 minutes when he come back dropped my package at the security gate and told me it’s not his job to deliver it in my apartment he discriminated me i even told him that I’m pregnant and his number is 905498274424 and this is the picture my package where he dropped

Awful customer service!!! Worst courier company!!! They lost my cargo twice and didn't even pay for my lost products! They just keep referring the matter to each other until they stress you enough to just give up chasing the matter. I will definitely not use them again!!

yıllardır haklarında kötü şeyler söylenmesine rağmen kendilerini asla düzeltmemişler bugün onu görmüş oldum. 1 saat uzaklığımdaki şubede 4 gün bekledikten sonra kargo dağıtıma çıktı mesajı geldi ve bütün gün evde olmama rağmen, asla kapı çalmamasına rağmen kargo evde olmadığım için şubeye geri gönderilmiş ve şubeden teslim almam gerekiyormuş. şaka gibiler gerçekten, mümkün olduğunca uzak durun naçizane tavsiyemdir

They NEVER EVER deliver to your address. They will just keep your cargo in their office and ask you to come and collect it, that is if they don't return it the very next day. Scammers. I don't even know how they are still allowed in Turkey.

Aras Kargo tüm gün evde olduğum halde kargomu teslim edilemedi olarak yansıtmış. Evde olduğum halde nasıl olur da teslim edilemez. İlk defa olmuyor bu durum. Herkes işinin sorumluluğunun bilincinde olmalı. Lütfen yardımcı olun. Kargomun acil gelmesi gerekiyordu.

ARAS Kargo, the worst delivery company you are likely to come across. I send and receive packages very regularly, but when expecting a delivery by this company, it is doomed to fail one way or other. The latest experience is, I ordered a heavy item from Amazon Turkey. They gave me the expected arrival date of 23-Feb to 1 Mar. ARAS Kargo claime "the recepient is not know at this address" what a joke, without contacting me or coming around, and decided to return the item to the sender on the 20 Feb. Seller is not aware of this. I have received 3 more different tracking numbers (2 today) that the item will be delivered to me. Strangely, I also received a phone call from them, asking me to go to their branch about 45km away to pick up my package, over 200kg. The caller said the there is no address on it, which is nonsense. So, at the moment, I have no idea what is going on.

ARAS Kargo, ne şaka, ne benimle iletişime geçmeden, ne de bana ulaşmadan, "alıcının bu adreste bilgisi yok" iddiasında bulundu ve ürünü göndericiye iade etmeye karar verdi. 20 Şubat Satıcının bundan haberi yok. Ürünün bana teslim edileceğine dair 3 farklı takip numarası (bugün 2) daha aldım. Garip bir şekilde, onlardan bir telefon aldım ve 200 kg'ın üzerindeki paketimi almak için yaklaşık 45 km uzaklıktaki şubelerine gitmemi istediler. Arayan, üzerinde adres olmadığını söyledi, bu saçmalık. Yani, şu anda neler olduğu hakkında hiçbir fikrim yok.

Gonderilen essalarin uzerinde kirilacak etiketi olamsina rağmen 8 adet urun parcalanmis halde teslim edildi.

Band yok :) dedi bana bir kargo gondermek icin... Iste gittim band aldim markettan.

This cargo company is absolute trash. Never ever have any business with them. I am saying this with experience. They don't deliver your product and keep promising that they will. Finally, you have to go there and take it yourself. They keep lying that there was a problem with delivery.
