They take money from your bank when u did not place an order.
Becareful of this company.i was on their site looking at a bed.i did not place an order but some how they were able to take £596 from my bank card and put it back in 20 minutes later.it gave me such a fright when i was checking my bank account.i had to ring my bank at 9pm to ask what had happend.i am furious as this caused me so much stress.

5 star service received yesterday by…
5 star service received yesterday by Lynn H , we came in for just for a look at beds for myself and children soon as we went into store were were approached with a Happy chatty face, Lynn explained all the offers in store took us around to show us all the mattresses they had on offer and explained everything in detail, Archers was the first store we had been in to look for beds and because of Lynn's fantastic customer service we ended up with a new bed for myself and new bed for my daughters. I was with my gran who absolutely thought Lynn was the bees knees and had a right good old laugh with her so not only did she make my bank account that bit lighter but she made and 81 year old day and had her smiling from ear to ear so thank you for your service.

Great instore experience
Great instore experience. Purchasing an adjustable bed and recliner chair for elderly mum.
Lynn included my mum in the conversation and decision making making her feel special.

Purchased a mattress. Steven from the Cumbernauld store was so helpful and made it a nice experience. Knowledgable and so friendly and helpful. Will definitely go back again when getting new beds for my children.

Friendly and helpful
The sales lady was extremely helpful but not pushy. She explained all about the different gradings and gave me all the information I needed. As a result I found it easy to choose the bed that suited me and I would certainly recommend going to your company for anyone who needs a bed.
