WE HAVE HAD A VERY STRAIGHTFORWARD EXPERIENCE IN PROCURING A TENANCY THROUGH ARISTON FOR MY DAUGHTER , TAKING ONE WEEK FROM VIEWING THE FLAT TO HAVING POSSESSION. WE DEALT WITH MAX WHO WAS VERY PLEASANT, EFFICIENT, RESPONSIVE AND CLEAR IN HIS COMMUNICATIONS . THE TECHNICAL BACK UP ( DOCUSIGN ETC) WAS GOOD . I CANNOT GIVE A VIEW A COUPLE OF DAYS IN ABOUT ONGOING MANAGEMENT BUT THE LEASING PROCESS WAS AS GOOD AS CAN BE.

Might start well but goes downhill. Don't bother.

Just wanted to express my gratitude to Max Urbinati for assisting me and my missus with a smooth move into our new rental property in Finchely. He was very helpful, reliable, and always attentive to deliver whatever he stated he would do when it came to any niggling issues or concerns we had before moving into the property. He certainly did his utmost to ensure our move was stress free and we're immensely grateful for that. Thank you Max, and Ariston Property.

Helpful and great attention to detail

My experience with Ariston Property was really satisfactory. You get what they promised. The property is really good condition and very comfortable. During the process of renting, they were very supportive, explaining everything in detail and very professional.
Overall, I highly recommend their service and I hope to keep doing business with them.

After 5 years of renting with Ariston, paying ALWAYS ON TIME, looking after property like is our home, redecorating and making brand new garden ARISTON refused to give us our deposit back.
They accused us of damaging things around flat we never did, they tried to charge us hundreds of £ for things which were broken or not working before we moved and never replaced by them while we were in the flat.
Luckily we kept the check-in report which showed the truth and damaged and not working things before we moved in.

We have opened the case with TDS who hold deposit and after looking into it they paid our deposit back to us.

Good try Ariston.

Forgot to mention how rude the staff was when we decided to fight for our rights.

They are nice only when you want to rent and pay on time. When you want sth to get fixed it done in the flat they rude and aggressive.

Thanks everyone at Ariston for making my move smooth and easy. The staff is very friendly and outgoing and I would surely recommend Artisan to any one inquiring.

Max has been so great throughout the whole process, not only on viewings and arranging the contract, but even after moving in he was really responsive to emails/messages.

As a new tenant I've found the ariston property very helpful and very supportive as the first property I was going for got dumped and was no longer available for rent.(already had transferred holding deposit). However they straight forward offered me another property bigger and just next to the first property I was going for. So no inconvenience at all as in the end I rented a bigger property in the area I was looking for at the same price with the previous property which was smaller and with no heating. I definitely high recommend ariston property. Jay, Antonio and the big boss are great professionals.

Everything from apartment viewing to moving in was done very smoothly and professionally. The staff was very friendly, efficient and helpful throughout the process. I haven’t had any issues and would definitely recommend Ariston Property as an estate agency.

Max and Antonio were both friendly, responsive and accommodating. The lettings hub however provided an awful user experience and I would strongly recommend searching out a new,. competent, referencing agency to partner with.
