Great customer service and pieces that last. I’ve been shopping at Aritzia for a long time and whenever I shop elsewhere I’m disappointed. The quality and customer service is top notch. Everyone is so helpful over the phone or in-person. The website is great and the return policy as well. Love it!
Outstanding customer service
My daughters and I visited your store at Woodbury commons outlet .. I just want to say the experience we had with Sydney was OUT OF THIS WORLD.. This girl went above and beyond to help my daughters with certain styles that fit them best.. I never write reviews but I wanted to take the time and let you know this girl is certainly a great asset to your business… MAKE SURE SHES TAKEN CARE OF SINCE THERES FEW LIKE HER AROUND IN TODAYS AGE..
TERRIBLE customer support and SHADY returns policy
I don't usually write reviews, but this experience was so negative that I felt compelled to warn others. They mark the body suits as "Final Sale" but there is no discount or stock, just a random tag for full price and all pieces in stock. When I asked customer support for a refund they said I couldn't return it because it's final sale.
It's not written anywhere during the checkout process so I asked for evidence and they were so rude and not helpful and lying to me. I strongly advise against purchasing anything from them.
DON’T EVER GET A HAZLITT SWEATER VEST
I got the HAZLITT SWEATER VEST for the first time in January and after washing it with cold water in the washing machine it was damaged. so I went to the store again in March and got a new one. Washed on a bucket with cold water, and for my surprise, it ended up like the first one. After contacting the concierge team, they informed me they can only refund the last one as I don’t have the first one anymore - for obvious reasons 🤷🏻♀️. Their justification is that they need the products to analyze the issue. After reading this products reviews online? I also learned I was not the only client with the same issue with the same product ! I am. edu disappointed at Aritzia solution to a problem that clearly is not on me!
Poor guarantee
Have a silk blouse which not long after wearing got a run just under one arm. This blouse is $98 plus gst, Approx 3 months old as was a gift, they will not exchange or offer gift unless I provide proof of purchase. My Mother bought for me before she passed away,, shopped with a friend, used their account info, my Mother did not even know how to use a debit card and had no email. So much for guaranteeing their quality of clothing regardless of having proof. A run is proof enough that quality is poor
Good Quality
I love aritzia. They're fleece, parka, pants, casual wear, ofc wear, everything is a win win! It does give appearance to a women that doesn't have confident. The material are good quality it last forever! As Canadian product are amazing even other country brought product from aritzia! Staff are friendly even the call center they always assist you every step of the way, they are knowledgeable and very helpful! They won't turn you down. Highly recommended!

I am trying to get my money back for an item for over 3 months and I have been sending emails to the company repeatedly as they refuse to give me my money back. This it the worse company that I have dealt with. Please don't buy anything from them. They will not refund your money back. They will come up with excuses and ask you to have more patience. I wish I had checked these reviews before purchasing. I guess I have learned my lesson.
Aritzia is a crooked company
They are just crooks who use valley girl voices. They won’t give full return money and take months of emailing and calling to get even partial return money (never send clothes in, they “lose” them and have to do months long “internal reviews” to see if they can find them and decide if you’ll get a refund), they also don’t give refunds for ANY sale items whatsoever~ which is so shady. The company is truly working to take money out of consumers hands unfairly and unethically~ they are straight up crooks. The customer service is just abusive to customers and it’s obvious they do that on purpose. I’ve sent 30 emails regarding one return and it’s still not handled properly~ new clothes with tags sent immediately back, non sale items. They won’t do it. I can’t order from them again for any reason.

I bought a coat waited two weeks they cancelled the order provided no reason why. I followed up and they just directed me to another more expensive coat I could get instead. Eh no thank you? First time ordering from UK and won’t bother looking again.
Horrible customer service
Ordered a sweatsuit online. That order never said out of stock so I continued and made that purchase. Consequently, a couple hours after I made the order I got a cancellation notification, because there was a discrepancy with the inventory. When I called customer service about this they didn’t do anything about it, they said it was cause there was a miscount with the stock. Furthermore, after verbalizing my complaint multiple times they finally did something about it and said that one of the items were in stock in a specific store, so they took my preferred method of payment and told me to head over to the store within a hour once I receive the ready email I could go pick it up within that hour. Unfortunately I waited an hour and never got the email so I called customer service again. Once again they had to cancel my order for the second time because of their mistake. They said that they have no note of taking my method of payment in the previous call. So now I’m thinking some random has my credit card info? Cause of their incompetency? I am furious as I shop at this store so much but their customer service lacks communication and false advertises. I will not continue to shop here.

I got a winter jacket that never shipped even though i ordered with priority shipping, I had to call two weeks later and they told me, "well i guess you were never going to receive the jacket!" They refused to return my payment on anything but a gift card when I need a winter jacket asap and the store was sold out in my size. They then gave me the option to drive to the original store 8 hours away to put the money back on the original card. They were completely unapologetic. I was also on and off the phone for 3 hours.
Order very early
I ordered and received my super puff jacket on time but ordered very early. Since then, other items have always been out of stock which is a bit frustrating. At one point my item was in stock so I ordered and then it was canceled a few hours later. I guess everyone wants Aritzia this year or they keep stock low to increase demand. Either way order early or travel to a store.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING — BEWARE
I ordered my coat on the 27th of November.
THREE WEEKS LATER and I haven't received it. Better yet, I know it's somewhere in Germany since last week but that's it. Oh! & Customs not included.
*If they want to offer international shipping, they gotta up their game*: clear ETA expectations from the get go, clear info around the customs not being included in the price, and really just a bit more care for their customers.
This is a big investment for A LOT of people. Come on. I was so excited for this, now I'm kinda disgusted tbh. I don't even know if I want it anymore! Such an energy drainer.

Failure
Ordered weeks ago, but never received the jacket for our daughter. I complaint heavily but the don’t seem to care at all. Our daughter will be sad not getting her whish for Christmas. Never again!
Wish I had never bothered!
I wish I had read the reviews for Aritzia before ordering. I placed an order with them on 27th Nov - some lounge pants as a Christmas gift for my daughter. On 12 Dec I received an email from them thanking me for filling out a returns request form….rather odd as I had never received the items I ordered!! The tracking number they provided did not work for ages and when it finally did, the package was apparently ‘en route’, but never arrived. I contacted their ‘concierge service’ who informed me that due to an issue with the courier service the package had been returned to their depot and they were issuing me with a refund. I had to contact them to ask why I had received the return form in the first place! On top of this, I paid in dollars I was refunded in dollars (definitely something to be aware of) and as a result I am £6.25 worse off (due to fluctuations in currency) and I have nothing to show for it! Not a good experience at all and I certainly will NEVER order from these people again. Be warned!!
