My goto retailer for bird/hedgehog food, Quality good and delivery always excellent.

Excellent value for money, very quick and free delivery (spent over £30).
Good selection of food for squirrels, also bought a squirrel feeding box, looks well made.
Would buy again from Ark Wildlife, food cheaper than I was purchasing through Amazon.
Would highly recommend.

The feeder is well made and keeps squirrels out, and also hopefully parakeets, although time will tell.
It's easy to dismantle and reassemble for cleaning, BUT DO NOT UNSCREW THE SCREW THROUGH THE BASE PLATE. Although this makes it easier to take apart it is extremely difficult to rehread it though the nut. Some guidance notes for dismantling and reassembling would have been useful.

Ark Wildlife always send my orders quickly which was particularly good this time as I had almost run out of squirrel food.

Found this an excellent site for purchasing squirrel food, something I was keen to do, encourage wild life to my garden, and this certainly does that. Prompt delivery, well packaged and clearly indicates each package content. Very good quality perfect for my little visitors. Very highly recommended.

I bought a Woodstone double entry hedgehog house two years ago and am delighted with it. I only had overnighters for the first year, and last November gave it a good clean . I have not touched it since and my patience has paid off! Mummy and hoglets are doing very well!! It is very sturdy and I believe this to be a factor in the trust this mummy has had in the box. I certainly find the lid heavy to lift and no doubt any predators would do. I may buy a second one and place it at the other end of the hog area. Very satisfied customer!!

Brilliant service. Delighted with my order, at last something that stops squirrels eating all the fat balls I put out for the birds. Delivery was perfect, I was kept fully informed about the delivery. Highly recommend this company.

Ark Wildlife - National Trust suet cakes. Dearer priced suet cakes than the ones previously sold and currently out of stock; the larger size of these NT cakes just about fits the green suet cake holder. Birds devour the cake in no time so contents clearly to their taste. However the cakes are extremely difficult to extract from the packaging. There is a supposed tear strip behind a big stuck on label so it does not ‘tear’ if indeed it is possible to tear especially for arthritic hands - this clearly needs addressing by the manufacturer. It is best to refrigerate a cake overnight, then cut along the packaging with scissors to get the suet cake out and even then it is a messy operation.

I buy swan food from Ark Wildlife…a lot of it…as my swans are very special to me. For about two years now they have provided an excellent next day reliable service and my swans enjoy the food.

Great service the quality of the product was fantastic at last I only feed the small birds not spending a fortune on the starlings would definitely recommend

I am writing this review to amend a previous review that I wrote, which was via a different company (feefo). In that review, I expressed that as usual I was very happy with the customer service experience, but that the product I bought - a bird bath - while also excellent, did not seem to garner any visitors.
Well, It was clearly just a matter of the birds getting acclimatised. It is now an absolute pleasure to see them enjoying, nay delighting, in their fastidious bathing.
So, basically, where previously I only gave a 'gripey' 2 stars for the bird bath, rest assured, I am now giving it a fully deserved 5!

Bought a hedgehog feeding station from Ark. I was astounded not only with the speed of delivery but the quality of the product. Really impressed with the build quality of this hog house. Full marks Ark.

There are plenty of companies out there, who will sell bird food cheaper than Ark Wildlife; we have tried them and have inevitably ended up getting our money back, because the birds throw most of the mix on the floor and then we end up with a jungle, even though they are supposed to be non-germinating.

Save yourself a great deal of time and hassle by using Ark Wildlife. Their Summer Support and Winter Warmer mixes are definitely non-germinating and there is absolutely no waste. Slight problem in that we have to fill our feeders several times a day, as they are constantly swarmed by; blackbirds, robins, greenfinches, chaffinches, goldfinches, starlings, doves, blue tits, great tits, long tailed tits, thrushes and so on. Our garden is a sheer delight with all these visitors and there is no mess to clear up. In Life, you get what you pay for.

The Hedgehogs love the food but I don't love a 20% price hike plus £3.95 delivery on top. What used to cost £15 is now £21.95. A big jump by any standards. No one minds paying delivery below a certain order level but both is a bit rich. Time to look around.
