I love all of the clothes I've borrowed so far. Of course, some pants are too long fo my petite frame, but that is on me.
Great service over all with quality options.

This service helps me keep my wardrobe fresh and not boring, plus I have way less maintenance to do because everything just gets sent back for cleaning.

The stylist team is helpful and makes selecting new and interesting clothing easy. I really enjoy the community and the real life recommendations.

I was a newbie to clothing rental & tried one other company. Armoire, for this mid-50's professional, was so much more intuitive to use. If I had any difficulty navigating, the help team responded so quickly - I think even on a weekend, but don't quote. me on that.

So convenient and easy to work with!! I feel like a million bucks - with fancy clothes and loungewear alike. The quality is fabulous - and I’ve tried both Nuuly and Rent the Runway. This one is the best!

I've been paying and you haven't sent me any new clothes

I don’t feel like there are enough choices. I also think that some of the items are ridiculously priced. I am not going to pay over $300.00 for a sweater that is priced because of the name not style or quality.

There is good customer service and I get my questions answered quickly.

I got my first case today and the clothes were cheap looking and did not fit properly. There was nothing attractive about them. I sent the case back. Don't waste your money as the clothes are not the high quality pieces like they advertise. This is a scam! I am out $99 because I thought I would try it and thought how bad can it be? They were terrible!

Fast shipment, variety of clothing, high quality merchandise, the ability to keep the clothes until my next wardrobe opens up each month.

I received a case today, but one of the dresses I was supposed to receive is missing. It’s still being reported that I have it, but I don’t. Additionally, another item in the case is heavily stained. It’s quite disappointing. :( I’m going to cancel my membership.

If you are short or curvey or need something for a specific event, you will not find it here. Their stylists will recommend paperbags in colors like sea foam and berry puke and leave you feeling ugly and unheard. A waste of effort in the worst way.

Great quality clothing

I have enjoyed trying out Armoire's rental service. The clothes are great quality, sometimes new with tags. I do feel the size availability on items I want is limited - and the website / app can be slow to load. The best part about Armoire is you can keep your current case until your new case arrives. A competitor does not offer that. I also like that there are various pricing + item number tiers to best fit your needs.

I like the range of sizes, styles and brands offered. When it’s time to build my case it takes me a long time to decide what I want - I wish more case swaps were available if multiple items in the case don’t fit or aren’t my style. Having the case for an entire month when I only wear 2 items makes the service not very useful. Since they carry so many styles and brands I also find many of the items in the inventory are not what I want to wear so it’s hard to build my case.

Chose the personal stylist option after taking a quiz so that items according to my style would be selected. Only 2 items were something I would actually wear. Also, brands of items not worth the $$$ of the subscription.

The clothes I’ve received are often brand new and the clothes are designer and very good quality. I am adding upscale, classic pieces to my wardrobe and refreshing options every month. If I want to keep an item longer I can. A couple times there have been sizing issues but I can “swap.” My cases come within a couple days with a prepaid envelope to send my old pieces back. It’s a win win option for someone who likes to dress stylishly and likes a variety!

I have really enjoyed my experience with Armoire. I do the plan of 4 items a month. They have a wonderful selection of outfits for my work as a teacher. I appreciate that they have many quality designers to choose from, like Farm Rio. I have tried virtually every clothing rental service available, and Armoire has been consistently good with price, quality, and variety of selection. I took off one star because their website could use some improvements. The photos of the clothing could have more views, and visually the site is not as welcoming as others I have seen. Also, I purchased a dress from their clearance sale, and it had some small stains when arrived. I'm guessing this is why the dress was on clearance? Nonetheless, because of the affordable price, easy returns, and quick shipping I definitely recommend trying them out. It is so fun to have new designer outfits to wear, that I can easily send back for more.

The quality of the items is always great. Timeliness of delivery and ease of return is a plus too!

App is not the easiest or organized. Clothes arrived and had a peculiar outfit. Did not use and will return.

Updated: Armoire was very helpful resolving my issue after I left a review here. Giving them the benefit of the doubt, maybe they were busy post-holidays. Mm, which could have caused the delay. I am very grateful that my refund was processed immediately after they reached out.

Buyer (renter) beware! I mailed my case back using the supplied label and packaging, and they claim they did not receive it. They have therefore charged me $425 for the items in the case! They have not responded to my customer service inquiry.
For salt in the wound, before returning them, I couldn't even wear 2 of the 4 items, because they were in such poor condition. They were frumpy and pilled. The quality of my first case plus the fact that I struggled to fill a 2nd case with anything attractive in my size, meant that I decided to cancel. I sent back the items, and now they have charged me a boat load of money for poor-condition items that I don't even have anymore!

After using another service for five years, I decided to give Armoire a try. I’m so glad I did! Clothes are delivered in perfect condition, and they arrive on my doorstep QUIcKLY! I love being able to choose what I want to rent, the pieces are top quality, current, and make me feel
like a million bucks. I love having so many options for my professional and casual needs. I highly recommend this service!
