Shocking experience.
Ordered part one only for it not too fit despite website saying it does.
No contact number to ring and speak to someone, only email. Asked for a phone number and was told to email.
Emailed in the issue and photos as requested and confirmed a return was opened.
Returned item, confirmed receipt and only got a partial refund.
I wouldn't deal with these again knowing how hard they make it to speak to a person, and knowing the underhanded practices agreeing a refund then failing to refund a portion of what was paid.
And no, the part never left it's packaging...

I ordered some tools and there were…
I ordered some tools and there were missing aspects which I would like fulfilled; so first I emailed the address on the invoice (no response), I then used the ‘contact us’ form, no response.
Now Arnold Clark contacts me asking to give them a recommendation. Well I’m afraid your timing is poor, because I’m pretty annoyed by you right now.
Update: Team got in touch with me and wouldn't even help me get the part numbers, I'm supposed to contact the manufacturer myself. This is still poor service and a real smear on Arnold Clarks reputation. Very much, "we're so sorry, but yeah, can't help you". Worst.
