Hi I ordered Ford 0w30 magnatec and shell Helix 5w30 unfortunately i was sent Ford Magnatec 5w30 i contacted their customer services they apologised and sent out a returns label i sent the oil back and the right oil arrived next day. Thank you.

I went to the Anole Clark in Wigan and they were exceptional even when they misunderstood my initial request, They apologised, rang me, showed empathy and fixed my issues.
