went to for a tour they closed early, They did not update the website took me 3 hours to get there. I e-mailed for a refund as this was not my fault. they did not even get back to me lost 38 euro.
i baught a product online has been returned there refusing to get back to me or give me my money back. worst experience of my life

STUDIUM VIP 19/09/24

Having watched itv news on 19/09/24.
I am appalled as to the way our Prime Minister Sir Starmier is not comfortable with is seat at the stadium.
Think of how many seasonal tickets or single tickets £30.00 per adult.
The man has bought over the years at Emirates Stadium.
Look at his friends who go with them. Couldn't the stadium tailor a way forward to protect our minister with his friends like our Anfield Stadium like has VIP lounges for him to have a casual drink with and sit and watch his favourite team.
I will support with a seat so should his friends to with support. By tailoring safeguarding our Prime Minister and his friends who he is with we should consider a complete row of seats block of with steward support. An a VIP lounge bar.

I have been a member since its inception over in 1997! I am a silver member and I have applied for most games this year with 0 success!

Arsenal are alienating long standing fans.

Arsenal V Wolves 17/08/24

We were in a shared Exec box for the Arsenal V Wolves game 17/08/24 the hospitality service received from our host Rui was fantastic, despite the result (I'm a Wolves fan) it was a fantastica day.

Long term silver member let down

Long term silver member, applied for 90% of ballots for tickets, no success, 0!!. I'm used to attending 10 gamesish a season , absolutely gutted, as a lot of silver members are. Don't bother with a reb membership either, play the national lottery instead.. I'm reading the allocation for silver members has dropped by 75%, to around 1800

Arsenal The Super Team!!!

I went on the tour earlier this year, and I loved everything about it and I even got a printed shirt. We were allowed access to most of the stadium and we will always support Arsenal F.C!

After 73 plus years a ‘Gunner’.

After 73 plus years a ‘Gunner’ and, as Arsenal (Ticketing?) now well know, disabled with Parkinson’s disease and unable to see my beloved team live, they (Arsenal) have NOT bothered to explain why I was treated so DISGUSTINGLY in my deigning to ask for 2 (two) tickets for the ‘friendly’ with the French side to be sent to me through the POST? This was after, earlier in the year, I ordered 2 (two) £100. Arsenal gift cards which WERE sent to me in the POST! What with Mikel (Arteta) selling ‘super kid’ Chido Obi Martin to Manchester United I DESPAIR! Roger.

Red member scam

If I could give a negative rating i would.

The club and the fans are moving further and further apart. After being an Arsenal fan for almost 35 years and being a regular during the Highbury days. I fell off with my membership, I renewed to be a red member last season with my son being a junior gunner. Tried constantly during the ballot to aquire tickets with no joy. What is worse I emailed the club to express my dissatisfaction and was completely ignored. I have not renewed the membership, as far as I am concerned its an absolute scam.

The club is now completely failing their fans and do not seem to care.

Arsenal FC management team are not bothered?

I am having trouble getting a flag ordered with a £15 voucher but I Can't work it out I send a email to Juliet slot a management team member still waiting for a response the customer service manager is not bothered and it seems Juliet slot is not bothered about doing the right thing and they are senior management? Not good is it so I'm asking Mr vinai venkatesham who is the top boss for his help because his senior management team can't respond to emails? I hope the CEO sees this so he can ask his management team to get it sorted and something else for the upset it's causing me

fab customer service

Had trouble purchasing tickets for a women’s match today. Website crashed right as purchase was going through so was unable to get the tickets. in desperation to buy the tickets, i called up box office for help. Staff (Hazel i think her name was) was so helpful i was blown away! she managed to get us the tickets and caused us no trouble at all! 10/10 customer service. couldn’t have asked for a more positive experience. Arsenal family doesn’t just include the players and fans but the staff too! UTA

Red Membership Scam?

Like many others I have cancelled my red membership. Despite trying to get tickets for many games over the last 2 years I have been unable to get any tickets.

I actually think the red membership is a way of making millions and treating the fans terribly!

If there was a guarantee of 1 game a season I would be happy, just allocate the games, give each member the option to go to at least 1 game.

After 20 years of membership I am cancelling, this is a joke. Despite raising several times all emails are ignored.

Took my 11 year old daughter to watch…

Took my 11 year old daughter to watch women's vs man utd I'm disabled can barely walk when I booked the tickets I asked for lower tier as no stairs I arrived and never been there before found myself in Upper tier at top asked for help but nothing after 35 minutes finally someone came to speak to me but could not offer anything else I will say young security lad at seats was helpful I will never go back there again and my daughter has now vowed never to go to another game again 2 stars

Arsenal Direct Service experience

I purchased 3 items on Arsenal Direct yesterday. Men’s Pyjamas, Men’s Fleece and a Diary. The Diary had been in a list of things I’d perused having clicked on the Christmas link. Once I’d paid and the Confirmation Order screen appeared, I noticed it was a 2023 Diary. FULL PRICE on their Christmas link?! I immediately rang the number on the website to amend orders before despatch (if you were fast enough). Spoke to someone who said they could do nothing but give me an email address to contact. I sent an email immediately. Auto reply. The following morning (today) I received an email advising the order no. was incorrect. I’d missed a digit - clearly Arsenal Direct can’t locate an order with an email address?! I clarified the no. then received a reply advising the items had been shipped (duh!) and a link where I could return the item (foc) for a refund. What a convoluted process to receive a £6.00 refund. What are they going to do with the returned 2023 Diary. The annoying part is, I tried everything to avoid the full price 2023 Diary being sent but was foiled at every attempt. Now I’m expected to package the thing and drive to a post office with it for a refund?! No further purchases from Arsenal Direct here - customer (and angry fan) lost. Poor service all round (including listing a full price 2023 Diary on the Christmas link).

Very poor ticket system

I’ve been an Arsenal supporter all my life, I’m now 52 been too many games to remember at Highbury and emirates and many away .I’m currently a red member and trying to get a ticket for a game though there now ballot system is impossible. Keeps coming up as an error. Shame on you Arsenal football club. Only interested in making money from football tourist than the real fans who have supported you from thick and thin.

Awful website

Awful website. The store is an absolute joke, with endless problems when trying to pay for clothes. In the end—I spent half an hour trying to buy two items—I just gave up.
Also, I signed up for membership before, and the so-called ticket queues are a shambles. The whole thing is a scam. Disgraceful.
