I ordered and paid around £329 for…
I ordered and paid around £329 for luxury artificial grass but received a lower-quality product instead. I had already paid £179 in non-refundable installation costs, so I had no choice but to keep it.
They refused to compensate me for the lower-quality grass and kept the full payment because I couldn’t return it without losing my installation money. Very disappointing customer service.

The choice of products was good, with nice clear photos. Purchasing was easy and delivery was quicker than I was expecting. The grass I chose looked great and I'm very happy with the value.

This product has now been down for a couple of months and is realy good. does not get over hot like some artificial grass products do given the heatwave .
Easy to lay. Its very durable and good value for money. quick delivery and kids kicking footballs allover it with no harm done.

Fabulous product backed up with excellent customer service.
From start to finish, the service from Artificial Grass Direct has been excellent. Initially ordered samples, which not only were delivered within a few days, but received regular updates regarding order process and delivery. Then ordered the desired grass (which is fabulous quality at a very reasonable price). Delivery arrived exactly on time and the courier delivered the grass to where requested. Fabulous product backed up with excellent customer service.

We love our new lawn from Artificial…
We love our new lawn from Artificial Grass Direct. The website is easy to navigate and has lots of useful info and tips about how to choose the correct artificial grass, underlay and how to install too. Our grass was to be laid on top of decking, we chose the pet friendly one and, along with the underlay has transformed the area. We used heavy duty staples to affix the underlay and grass to the deck, was very straightforward to do. It is really comfortable to walk on in bare feet, cooler than the decking in this hot weather and looks so smart.
Delivery was straightforward and fast, the helpful delivery man bringing the rolls right into the back garden. A really positive experience all round and would happily recommend Artificial Grass Direct.
