Artificial Grass Direct Opiniones

great value, great price and swift delivery all positives

Excellent service with a great product - really pleased with our purchase. Process was very smooth from start to finish with great communication via both email and phone.

Delivery was superb with driver placing the astroturf in exactly the correct position so we simply had to roll out the astroturf which we were a little worried about - made it so much easier.

Very good quality grass and prompt delivery. Pleased with my purchase and I'd highly recommend this company for artificial grass.

Lovely faux turf , fast delivery & great price
Thank you

The price is good, the product is good, the customer service was prompt and courteous but tracking the delivery was stressful.
Having said that the delivery driver got it to the correct address and left it safely.

Superb service , excellent products, well priced. I would definitely use them again

Ordered a sample box to give us a idea of the grass we were looking at,came quickly,so decided to order, communication was great, delivery was fast service was excellent, very happy looks great.

On time in full . looks great

Bought extra as I needed to fill a larger gap after removing paving slabs. Both times my order arrived promptly and was good quality for my dogs. Got this due to my dog having reactions to fresh grass and it seems to working. Highly recommend.

Good value. Prompt delivery. Good product

Very quick and easy to order and fast delivery plus the quality of the grass is amazing

From the first telephone conversation to the delivery of the grass it was all easy for me to complete my project and the grass was of great quality. I would recommend this company, very easy to deal with.

Very good sample box giving options to choose from

Really pleased with grass swift delivery

Easy to order
Had just what I wanted
Fast delivery

Ordering was straight forward, but I needed some help and the Customer Help Line was amazing. The lady I spoke to was extremely helpful, and supportive.
I needed to delay the delivery until the next week and this was no trouble, and the grass and underlay arrived as requested. Laying the underlay and then the grass was very straight forward. Cutting was done with a standard cutting knife that uses replaceable blades. The backing for the grass is tough and several blades were used, but it was easy to cut with a sharp blade. The end result was better than we had hoped. We are more than happy and we are recommending Artificial Grass Direct to our friends and family members. Excellent service and a fantastic product, five stars all round.!

Excellent grass, great communication, and super fast delivery, really good company, will definitely use again!

Amazing quality grass and truly outstanding customer support! I struggled with measuring correctly and felt a bit lost, but the team was always on hand, never made me feel silly, and helped me resolve everything smoothly. Brilliant experience from start to finish — would 100% recommend!
