Australian Art Network has left some details out of Dennis Nona's biography. Let me help them with that.

"Internationally acclaimed Torres Strait artist Denis Nona has been sentenced to five years' jail after being convicted of sexual assault which left a 12-year-old girl pregnant in the 1990s.

In December, an ACT Supreme Court jury found Nona guilty of all charges including raping the girl and exposing himself to the girl and her sister.

The crime came to light when the girl was found to be 20 weeks' pregnant in 1996."

His art is great to purchase if you are a paedophile 👌

I have been unable to access the online course that I purchased. The 2-step authentication is not working. I am unable to get a response from the company. Do not waste your money!

Managed to sign in after beginning from scratch again. As I mentioned membership is in US dollars which should have been made clear in the first instance. There is an extra $18 US for delivery which I do not know what that is all about seeing as it is digital.
The magazine section you can get for free from your local library online BTW. So not much point joining for that. The e-book section doesn’t work. (Being updated or something????). So that leaves the video section …. which on preliminary perusal is nothing that you cannot get on UTube.
I could be wrong but I don’t see a $190+ value (Australian) but I am really cheesed off with the membership being in US Dollars without proper warnings in place. Makes me suspicious with what else they don’t inform the buyer. Therefore I asked for a full REFUND within the 7 day period.

The thing that I did not mention is the constant Google type… Pop Ups… trying to promote / sell you stuff.
UPDATE:- ARTISTS NETWORK HAS ISSUED ME A COMPLETE REFUND UPON MY REQUEST. I’M SATISFIED WITH THE RESPONSE AND OUTCOME.

Absolutely horrible site. Tons of worthless content. Worse still, the videos keep stopping in the middle and get “hung up” with no way to reload and get it to start again. Do yourself a favor and watch art tutorials on YouTube or any other platform!

The course I bought is not worth a penny, you find better stuff on YouTube. The description of this course was misleading, I thought I would learn how to paint, but it’s only theory in a bad quality. The video cannot be skipped it stops all the time and has to be restarted. Customer service doesn’t respond. No money back. 39$ for crap

DO NOT PURCHASE A COURSE FROM THIS COMPANY! I purchased a $50 alla prima painting course and not only was it missing content, but it was missing the course resources. It states that if you can't find something in the course resources, you can find it in the course chat, but the course doesn't provide access to the course chat! Claiming to "teach" you how to paint, and then skipping from how to draw the outlines to finishing touches is NOT ART INSTRUCTION!

You also cannot contact the company directly when you have an issue. You must fill out a "contact form" and trust me, you will never hear from them. You will not get a refund. Avoid at all costs, this company is a scam.

Huge scam. Avoid by all means. I signed up for a subscription specifically to take advantage of the video courses they CLAIMED were free with membership. Turns out they charge you for membership, then want to charge you even more for each video you want to watch. Cancelling membership is next to impossible -- I've had to call my credit card company and flag any future charges from them as fraudulent. These people are a pack of grifters and scammers.

I agree with the reviewer that could not sign on because she received the error message. I called the phone number 5 times and waited 30-60 minutes and they did not answer the phone. I text them also and I have not received a reply. Wow. I really wanted to spend some money on their website!
