The last art I got, I absolutely love, it’s signed but the only problem is I didn’t get a letter of authenticity , I think I’ve spelt it right lol ?? But I do love the print❤️💙 thanks

Thanks for your review and we're so pleased you love your new artwork! As the artist signs and numbers her prints, she doesn't produce certificates of authenticity, as her signature is proof of this. Amazing service couldn’t recommend enough.
Amazing service, quick and communication was top notch. Bought from here before but not online. So for purchasing at the shop and online simple and quick. Still not received after 10 weeks or so. Had to chase to find out it was damaged and needed replacing.

As stated on our website, the artwork you have ordered from us has a 6 week lead time, with an additional 2 weeks for custom framing, and was ordered from us 6 weeks ago.
Please do accept our sincerest apologies that your artwork was damaged on its way to our studio which has caused a slight delay with your order.
Your artwork is now with our framing partner for custom framing and we are expecting it back at our studio early next week.

They sold me an item on their 'Marketplace' section and took the money, only to respond in a month saying the item was not available, would not be sent and eventually gave me my money back. Would urge caution on using Marketplace part of website.

There was a slight delay with framing, which is hardly surprising at the moment. However, I was kept fully informed right through to delivery by amazing customer service staff. Very reassuring as I live in New Zealand and was ordering a framed fairly expensive print to be delivered to my daughter in London.
