Generally good customer service
Generally good customer service, Helpful agent. The system a bit strange, in that the person answering the call cannot take phone orders and you have to go back through the website.

Ordering online gives everyone much better protection. The checkout system automatically checks email addresses, delivery details and payment information, helping to spot problems straight away. It adds an extra layer of security that simply isn't available when taking orders over the phone. So the policy is really about fraud prevention and protecting both our customers and the business. The online order was easy and transparent. What made it 5 star is your customer service. I had a few queries before I ordered and you can actually just ring a number and a few seconds later somebody competent picks up the phone and answers your questions.

Great shed with minor quality issue.
Product was delivered ahead of time & is of excellent quality. Assembly instructions could be improved. Door hinge machine screws could be more substantial.
One roof lid hinges was received unpainted & was missed entirely during production. Unfortunately this unpainted surface will now be exposed to the elements & early corrosion.
Otherwise I am extremely happy with the shed.

Oh no! I'll drop you a PM, and find out payment method what failed, we are JUST in the process of changing to Worldpay, so it may have been during a test, as we can only fully test these things on a live site, its nightmare when it fails. We have to undo everything and start again, and no matter when we do it. There is almost always a customer online trying to buy something. Thanks Andy

Overall worth the price
Good communication throughout with helpful service and installation teams. Internal accessories are a doddle to reconfigure. We like the build of the product so much we ordered the bike store a couple of days later. 😊

Hello and thank you for your feedback. The delivery section of our website shows our current lead time and is updated weekly. The link can be found at the top and bottom of our homepage. I am sorry if you missed this. Yes, our lead time is a little longer than we would like but we make to order at our factory in West Yorkshire, so everything is British made and take a little longer during the summer months due to demand for our sheds.
