Asgard Steel Secure 3-Bike Storage
Delighted with my new Asgard secure bike locker. This is the police approved model for three bikes and there is loads of space in there for other stuff as well. Got the optional shelves as well. Easy to put up and feels really secure. Excellent quality product, really happy with it.

Good!
Great dealing with a company that are so very proactive to deliver and install their product. The product itself is good although one or two things don’t match the expectation. Will reach out to customer service to see where the electrical input is supposed to go as it’s not obvious. Would have been 5 stars but expensive to buy and parts are expensive. Not sure why when you spend £2k on a shed that you have to pay extra for the floor pieces either.

Yes, our sheds are not the cheapest on the market, but we cannot deny that they are the best. If you compare the weight of our sheds alone within the marketplace you’ll see that ours outweigh many other brands. A lot of them also don’t have floors at all. We make all our sheds to order, and everything is British Made in our factory in West Yorkshire so not something you can buy off the shelf. We pride ourselves on our workmanship and design. All our sheds come with a full metal floor as standard. The wooden sub floor is an optional extra and not always purchased. In regard to the electrical points, I will send over some information I’m sure you will find useful. If you have any other queries, please do not hesitate to reach out via return email.

Great item just as described, full contact for the entire process which was 4 or 5 weeks.
I was even messaged to say things will go quiet for a week or so and this is normal and I would be getting a time and date when item will be delivered.
This all happened as they said it would.
I wish all companies were as professional as asgard.

Long delivery time
I’ve yet to receive the product but the lead time is ridiculous. It’s over six weeks. If that was made clear beforehand I probably would have gone with another supplier.

Our current delivery time can be found at the top & bottom of the home page. Sorry if you missed this.
Unfortunately, when we are super busy we have to push out delivery a little bit – It’s a difficult balance for us, we are by far the industry leader, and so a super popular choice, however there is a physical limit to what we can make and actually deliver per week. Our standard delivery is around 4 weeks, but in the super peak times, it does extend; it's unavoidable. We do overstate the delivery time; we will often deliver sooner if we can.
A lot of customers use this time to get a good base down, ready for delivery. I know it can be frustrating, as the Amazon next-day, free delivery way of life is the norm. But our big USP is, we are a genuine 100% British manufacturer; we design and make it all here, all made to order, then deliver it on our own vehicles.
I’m sure when you take delivery you’ll agree it was worth the wait.

Was all good apart from the delivery was not in the right place so I had to pay somebody to collect and deliver back to me. It was rectified by as guard staff I did give me a goodwill gesture which was excellent. Many thanks Steve Virgin.

Good customer service with quick answering of phone calls.
Discount system confusing - bundle deals don't allow additional discount codes. It took me a phone call to customer service to find this out.
It would also be helpful to have installation wait times on your website before buyers commit to paying.

Good to hear. Bundle-wise, yes, these are so heavily discounted that many don't qualify for an extra discount. Installation-wise, it's generally an extra week on to standrad delivery depending on location, but that's a good point; we maybe should highlight that at checkout. We currently send out a date 24 hours after the order has been placed. But you have raised a really good point there, thanks - we will add that in when our new checkout is live in (I hope) a couple of weeks. Thanks Andy

Long wait to get but honestly worth it in the end, Asgard do come through with you in the end.
Had to wait 10 weeks to get my shed and had a few issues when delivered but eventually got everything resolved and Asgard in fairness admitted it wasn't the best experience for me and did say sorry heartfeltly and gave me a small refund as goodwill gesture.
Can't fault the shed now, it's solid and quite a build but definitely worth it and I think it's warrants it's price tag.
I'd do business with them again in the future in regards to how they eventually dealt with me a customer.

Good, Solid Construction - There is a huge difference between this substantial metal structure and the plastic storage sheds that are available - there is no chance of this blowing over in the wind, and it is very secure.

Good customer service, great shed
Updated the rating due to the team getting in touch and investigating the issues. It's good to know that they take quality seriously, which is evident in the sheds.
The quality of the sheds is very good. What's not so good is the quality of their consignment checking. We ordered two planters with wheels. The wheels weren't delivered with the planters, so I couldn't assemble them, as I was waiting for the wheels. It took about 4 weeks for the wheels to come back into stock.
I was just in the middle of assembling my second bike shed when I discovered that I was two bolts short for the lid hinges. I've no idea how long that'll take to sort out, but in the meantime I've got no shed and I'm waiting around again.
It's frustrating.

Hiya - We added that pop-up, as we had numerous customers - and I honestly mean dozens- ordering product. Then sometime later realising they needed it built and were returning a week or more later to add installation to their order (which is fine), but this triggers the cancellation of the original delivery slot, and rescheduled another day to include Installation. i.e. the delivery went out by a couple of weeks. Which left people disappointed, and it messes up our delivery schedules as well.
Thanks for the feedback though. We are due to release our new cart and payment gateway, going live in July, so this will all look different and offer some additional options and features will be available.
