I have now ordered 2 side tables from Aspect Furniture in 2 separate deliveries & both spot on . Really well made & great price too .
Arrived well packaged & Super Quick Delivery by DPD kept informed via email & delivery timings were perfect .Would Recommend them & definitely use again

Can’t recommend high enough. I ordered 2 items, transaction was easy, quick response regarding delivery and delivery was quick.
One of the items was damaged so got in touch and was offered a replacement or refund without any hassle just had to send a photo. Replacement was sent out and received within 2 days. Excellent communication, excellent customer service, quick delivery an honest and genuine supplier I will be using again thank you

Item arrived within two days - much quicker than expected. The box had various areas of puncture damage but no parts were damaged inside as it was so well packaged. Pieces arrived in excellent condition and item was easy to put together. Very good price and has already been much admired. Excellent service from start to finish. Would shop again from this company.

Ordered a tea table and it arrived the day after! I was a bit skeptical about ordering from aspect furniture after reading some of the comments here. However, not only my order came super fast but it was also considerably cheaper than the second closest I could find (in terms of price) due to 15% discount voucher that applied to all purchases.

Slight issue with a postage charge on the website but I called them up and the customer service was second to none.
Posted out same day and arrived the next. Very happy with the quality of the item too!

I bought a chrome nest of tables and was really pleased with how they look. Just the perfect side table for my living room and really easy to assemble.

I had an order with them on 31st March with delivery on 1st April. The delivery company XDP( a big rubbish) said that the delivery was made but I did not received any parcel on that day. They do not answer to thep phone and emails. After a lot of attempts I discuss with someone from Aspect Furniture and they said that the parcel is back to the depot and they will try redelivery on 3rd. The tracking number updates are the same from yesterday. Nobody is coming with the parcel and nobody answe to the phone at Aspect furniture, I send them a lot of emails but nothing.Very poor customer service. I think they know with who collaborate and this "missunderstanding with delivery and lost parcels" it is a rule.

Please, avoid to buy from them if you do not what to lose your money and time!

Ordered an office chair online. Order confirmed. Money taken.

Next day, an anonymous email telling me the order is cancelled because the delivery cost is too high.

Checked the website and they confirm they do deliver to this part of Scotland.

This Furniture is amazing and its really good prices for really good materialized furniture

Didn't actually buy from this firm as they took too long to deliver. So cancelled order. But they were marvellous in refunding my money no quibble. So trustworthy.
