I had a great experience buying a used BMW 5 Series from Aspire Cars Ipswich. The quality of the car itself was excellent – exactly as described, well-presented and clearly well cared for.

From the start, Jamie and Shaun were incredibly helpful, they patiently answered multiple phone calls and all my questions without any pressure.

When I visited, they spent a good amount of time with me and even let me test drive two different 5 Series models. What stood out was their approach – no hard sell at all. They simply said to take my time, head back to London, and think it through. They even offered delivery if I decided to go ahead.

I returned the following weekend after arranging an independent inspection, which they were more than happy to accommodate. They also carried out a fresh MOT, service, and included a year’s complimentary warranty, which really added peace of mind.

Jamie and Shaun are a credit to their industry – professional, honest, and genuinely focused on customer care. I couldn’t recommend Aspire Cars highly enough.

Recently picked up my Mercedes C class coupe and the customer service was amazing. Considering I was travelling from London They supported me both pre and post delivery with organising travel as well as offering courtesy car whist the car was booked in for a service. Please be careful. The overall impression is good and professional. But i have had the worst trouble with a seemingly good car. I have been patient in waiting for help and avoiding any negative reviews etc but I have given up. The car has given me trouble from literally 2 hours after purchasing it. I have now got to go through a formal route to try and cover at least some of the money I have lost in purchase, cost of repairs, loss of earnings.

Honestly such top 10/10 service from start to finish, I can't anything I would surely highly recommend Aspire Cars Ipswich to my family and friends on their next purchase, keep up the good work much appreciated
