Great Customer Service
Having recently moved from Hampshire to Melton Mowbray I was looking for somewhere to take over the service and MOT of my 2015 Citroen DS3 which I have had from new and always had main dealer service. I decided on Aston Auto Park and everything went smoothly and was easy to book. I also asked for the battery to be replaced as it was still the original and 11 years old! Excellent communication and attention to detail as I was asked if the cambelt had been replaced which it had at last years service. Friendly helpful staff throughout. They collected and delivered the car back, nothing was too much trouble, all work completed as requested and the car was gleaming when it arrived. Great customer service and definitely recommended.

Aston Autopark are very professional
Aston Autopark are very professional, my car went in for it's Service. The customer service phone call also asked see if we would like my car cleaned whilst they had the vehicle, which I accepted. I am disabled so for me from start to finish it was hassle free. I rang to arrange the service, they collected my car from my house, did the service, cleaned my car and brought it back home. The whole process from Customer Service, the All around Service and Staff totally in my opinion deserve the 5 Stars. Thank you.

Used Aston for over 20 years and always…
Used Aston for over 20 years and always had great service however was disappointed this time. When picked car up was shown service report and rear brakes were highlighted as red requiring immediate attention . When I returned home I read the report and for the highlighted red item against it was the remark declined, I had never been asked if I wanted the job done . I took the car locally 2 days later and had the repairs done they did say the discs were really bad .

Engine repaired
Unfortunately, I had to get my engine and Turbo repaired (after the whole engine failed) plus carry out the first service but after a massive repair, my car works as the first day!
