Not happy the motor went on this water…
Not happy the motor went on this water softener after just 17 months.
Also had to pay £81.00 for the call out.The company offered a free service after 6 months.,Not really good enough when the motor is meant to last years

Hi Carol. I apologise that you have had a disappointing experience with your softener so far. We do expect all of our components to last longer than 17 months which is why we are able to offer a 10 year parts guarantee on our products, and have, with this as the exception, 100% positive reviews. The cost of the service is equal to that of the call out paid, so feel that this is an adequate gesture of goodwill that would not be offered by most companies.
We appreciate and take on board all feedback and again, I apologise for the inconvenience caused. Have a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.
