Fantastic service helpful polite excellent customer support and a brilliant job completed on my car

As usual the staff were excellent, friendly and efficient

Bridport wins, hands down! Whilst parked up, a Bridport shop owner spotted that one of my tyres was nearly completely flat, emerging from his shop to tell me that I needed to go straight to ATS, round the corner, to get it fixed. I did as I was told.
I was greeted by Martin, who immediately abandoned his hot lunch to come and inspect the problem with my car. After quickly diagnosing that a new tyre was required, and then stating that there wasn't a replacement in stock, Martin proceeded to delve into my boot to determine the condition of my spare. Once satisfied that the spare was fit for the job, Martin assured me that he would fit it for me, telling me I could collect my car in half an hour, before returning to finish his cold lunch.
In the meantime, I sampled more of the delights that Bridport has to offer, before calling into the ATS office to settle my bill. Martin confirmed that the spare had been successfully fitted, and that my dud wheel was lodged in the boot of my car. He then handed me my key.
"How much do I owe you?" I asked.
The response astounded me.
"Nothing", said Martin, smiling.
"Seriously?" I quizzed, incredulous.
"Of course", Martin replied simply, still smiling.
And, I thought old school values were well and truly dead. That, in recent years, with all the craziness that has abounded, people had changed for the worse, and didn't care any more.
But, it's not so!
There's one man, who goes by the name of Martin, who works at ATS, and a shopkeeper, round the corner, who are steadfastly proving me wrong on that score. God bless you both! I am deeply grateful.

Quick, friendly and reasonable

Excellent immediate service with no fuss. Good staff who made me feel welcome and were very efficient.

Amazing service, got an appointment for the day I needed, and everything was done while I waited and very quickly - pads, discs and a new tyre, and a very reasonable price. Totally recommend :-)

As mentiond above

They made me aware of problems with the car that yo cannot see without lifting the car up.i went in for one tyre but having been shown the car from underneath I needed three tyres.i was due to drive up the m5 and m6 to manchester,I think my tyres would have blown on me possibly causing a accident.thank you Bridport staff

Very polite and knowledgable. Fitted the tyres and balanced the wheels within the time estimated.

Good organisation and friendly helpful staff

As always, customer service was great. Do I know how good the two tyres are, or how skilfully they were fitted? Of course not; I'm not a mechanic. But I do know how I was treated by the ATS staff, and it's the reason I go back. Thanks 👍
