So just an update
So just an update, over a month now and still no refund, no acknowledgement of a formal complaint either, just get generic emails asking for job number and registration and when you reply (no response) they have breached a consumer contract and next steps are now unfortunately in motion. Avoid this company

ATS Chesterfield is very well located for me just off the A61 and all the staff were really helpful and polite.

Slow puncture
Fixed a slow puncture for me. I've used them twice now - once for this and once before for new tyres. Both times I've found them friendly, helpful and professional. And booking an appointment means that I can just turn up and the job is done - no hanging around waiting, or trying to "fit me in."

Took my vehicle for wheel alignment tracking told me was done had to take back as steering wheel was still same they did it second time and stil not done now I have to take in for third time very unexperienced service
