Excellent service
I thought I might need a couple of new tyres, but actually all were worn and there were issues with the brakes. It was fixed the next day. Service is always good here: customer care, car care, staff are efficient and friendly. I am grateful for the excellent service, thank you.

An unscheduled visit to check tracking which didn't feel right. The team fit the car in on a Saturday afternoon, and provided reassurance going in to the xmas holiday. Many thanks Newbury ATS.

The repair and MOT were both done very timely and the vehicle was ready for collection at the time advised. The reception staff member was very friendly and helpful.

Efficient and friendly service
Booking made very easy, delivered vehicle and dealt with quickly and efficiently, upon returning to collect after MOT and service dealt with immediately and able to return vehicle in under 5 minutes.

Tyre replacement
I hadn't booked an appointment as I came in with a puncture, needing both front tyres replaced. The guys were super helpful and got me back on the road with 2 new tyres within an hour despite having no appointment. Cheers!
