I have nothing but praise for ATS, Corporation Road, Newport, Gwent! I have been going there for a few years for my MOT and service. They have always been such a pleasure to deal with. Scott used to be the manager there and was a delight, and so helpful. I found out last week he is now the manager at Cwmbran, well deserved!
I dealt with Lee this year as most of the staff had left due to the company maybe closing down. Lee is equally helpful and a pleasure to deal with. I hadn’t realised that he was the Assistant Manager at Newport. There was a bit of a mix up with the day I should have taken my car for its Mot and Service but Lee very helpfully sorted it all out for me. Although the 2 remaining staff were under pressure workwise, which is understandable under the current circumstances, they fitted me in on the day I took my car there!
I hope that the garage will be kept open even if it is under a different name! The remaining staff deserve to be kept on for their loyalty!

The staff were excellent and they done their job timely without any doubt. They were confident and was no delay . Fantastic experience. Waiting area is quiet.

You book online because you save £247 for the same service, then they say there are tires and try to sell you more expensive ones. Since you don't accept their offer, it takes them days to cancel your order, and only after they cancel it (3-5 business days later) do you get your money back.
