I visited to book the car in for an engine oil and filter change
I visited to book the car in for an engine oil and filter change - as directed by my vehicle warning. Your rep immediately tried to tell me that it needed a full service which it did not. He advised that he would not reset the warning which was related to an engine oil change only.
The vehicle oil and filter was changed but the warning light was not reset.
The charge applied was “made up” as a result of your system/representative not being able to find a part number for the filter. The charge was £15.00 more than my local garage.
All in all the attitude of the staff was not as anticipated.

The service and politeness of staff was excellent, however the billing was very poor. I had previously registered that I was part of the Senior's discount scheme which was noted on the "job sheet" When confirming at point of payment that the amount was net of the discount it transpired that it was not as the discount was not applied. The bill was then altered.
I consider this very poor and wonder if any other aged customers have had a similar experience.
