Aaron & Team at ATS Yeovil
Aaron and his co-workers at ATS in Yeovil were fantastic! They did a great job of fitting a set of 4 Goodyear Efficient Grip Compact tyres to my car. I am very happy with the grip and performance of the tyres and ATS sold them to me at the best price in Yeovil and surrounding area. Aaron and his ATS team were very professional and helpful. I also asked them if they could make a formal comment about the tyres they were removing. They showed me the old tyres they had removed and explained their observations. They also happily emailed me a Digital Vehicle Health Check form detailing what they had observed. I am very happy with ATS in Yeovil and will definitely buy from them again.

Good service but I’m back to the drawing board
Guys got to work on the car at the start of my appointment and did a good job. Sadly they advised me that they thought there may be a slight leak on the air con but that they couldn’t find it. They regassed the system and advised me that if it went warm in a few weeks get the leak detected and fixed and they would regas it for free. Within a week the air is hot and air con not working. So now looking for a garage to fix the leak so I can come back to have it regassed again

Always nice to be greeted by friendly and smiley member of the team, Mark the manager a pleasure to deal with, although he’s very busy took the time to run through my questions. Told 4 tyres would take about 40 minutes. Returned and all done. Mark
Mentioned he’s served 42 years in the business and looking forward to his retirement in a years time. Well deserved, but will be a great loss for this branch. Well done Mark and your team for an excellent service, keep it up!
Unfortunately the interaction with the call centre team at head office was less than brilliant. Although the call was dealt with in a pleasant and professional manner, and booked an appointment time confirming all 4 tyres were in stock (last 4 available) when I arrived at Yeovil they hadn’t been reserved. Come on head office you’re there to help your team, not hinder them and cause them issues, and possibly the brunt of a frustrated client travelling miles for the fitting. If you say you’re going to do something then do it please.

I wanted to express my sincere appreciation for the exceptional service during my recent visit with my Ford Tourneo Custom.
Your technicians Kona (or Cona) and Zach were incredibly welcoming, professional, and thorough. They discovered a missing wheel nut, which provided real peace of mind, and also identified a rushed or incomplete job done by another garage, communicating their findings clearly, respectfully, and with honest advice.
Their transparency and friendliness stood out never once grumpy. Truly excellent service. I will definitely come back to ATS Yeovil if I have any future car-related concerns.
