from the outset, I was greated with a friendly chap behind the desk, who was more than helpfull for me and wat I needed, then in no time at all, two new tyres on the front, full marks to all,especially for the guy who actually done the tyre fitting, fantastic

Always good, and I trust them.

Had a new set of 4 tyres installed by Colnbrook centre. Had booked 8:30 slot, arrived at 8:35 and my slot had already been given away and made me wait till 9am - as much as this annoyed me, I was late, fine I'll own it. I asked them about wheel alignment, they told me has to be done by manufacturer. Drove away with my steering wheel vibrating severely. Took to the manufacturer and was told wheel alignment doesn't need to be done (cost £200). Took to another tyre place and Colnbrook hadn't done the wheel balancing so of course it was going to vibrate. Contacted ATS, apparently its all my fault. I should have known it was the balancing and took it back to them to sort out before taking it for the wheel alignment (albeit, they still insist it had been done even after another tyre shop had to fix their mess). They take no accountability for this. Do yourself a favour, use Kwik-Fit, BlackCircles, your local tyre dealer, pretty much anyone would be better than this lot.

Good customer service and good value for money

The help and advice and service provided was first class and could not be bettered.

What a sad state of affairs it is, when the best Tyre Fitters in the area are closing in 2 weeks time.

As always- excellent service at Halesowen.
Booked in for a slow puncture or maybe leaky valve. Everything explained and shown when the problem of a 6inch nail embedded on the outside part of the tyre. Tyre replaced and on the road in an hour

Thanks Tom and team, ordered the replacement tyre quickly. Tom called me when the tyre had arrived at the garage. It was fitted quickly and the other tyre pressures checked. Polite and professional 👍

ATS in Barrow-in-Furness has been the business that has provided me and my whole family with Michelin tyres for the past 50 years. Their service has been superb throughout and their reputation is second to none. The announced closure is a great loss to the community, the staff and I suspect will be to Michelin too.
