Awful. Really consider if its worth the risk buying from here. They delivered the item just fine. And my hat was gorgeous but it didnt fit me right. I returned it, they acknowledged return of it and then radio silence. They never refunded me for it. At first they claimed it would take 14 days to process a refund. Which is ridiculous on its own, now its coming up to 4 weeks and they refuse to reply to me. I've been forced to try and claim my money back from my card, which is a real pain, and involves endless back and forth and evidence. All because attitude clothing wont refund my money. They have my hat and the money.
Its a shame. I love their clothing. I was going to order more and I won't be doing that now and I advise no one else do so either.
I will update if attitude clothing responds and refunds me before my card does.
RETURNS ARE RUBBISH!!
Absolute garbage shop!!! Bought from there and it arrived fine. It’s okay if you don’t plan on returning stuff but if u wanna return stuff then you probably won’t get your money back. It’s been 2 weeks we want our money back as we bought quite a bit of stuff and so we emailed them to ask whats happening with it and if they are gonna refund ect and they messages back really rude and said they allow 14 days to unpack and refund it. it DOES NOT take 14 days to take some clothes out of a bag and refund it and it takes NOTHING to have some patience and nicely reply but of course they wouldn’t because they’re scammers. Buy from only if you won’t be returning stuff but if you feel you may need to return stuff don’t bother.
SCAM! World's worst customer service. Waiting for a refund for 5 months and still didn't get my money or my ordered items.
I would give 0 stars if I could. I made an order in October 2025, they supposedly sent the package, I never got it. They say that I refused the package (I didn't!), and that the package is now back on the way to them, but that they can only refund me once the package comes back to them. It has now been FIVE MONTHS (!!!) and they haven't resent the package or refunded me, and they keep coming up with the most demented excuses. This company has the worst customer service in the world, it is a total scam. Almost half of a year after I made my purchase and I never got my items and never gotten a refund either. Avoid at all cost!!!!
Overall Good Experience
Safe to say I was a little concerned seeing the reviews however I have no complaints. I ordered a skirt and it came within a few days, no issues. Also great quality and sizing.

Wow. I sent back my return two weeks ago tracked it by Royal Mail they recieved it the day after now they are saying they haven’t got it. And the customer service is horrendous, the RUDEST man emailed me.
Do not recommend looks like I’m not getting my £50 back, thinking of sending them to small claims court. B******s
Not the best experience
I'm so saddened by my purchase from this company. Never had problems before (except for a very slow dispatch time), but now it's just ridiculous at this point. Going back and forth just to get my return/refund money back after almost a month and yet, it gets credited to my e-wallet, even though I requested it to my paypal/bank account. I feel for the customer service team, I can imagine how overwhelmed they get, but this should be communicated to the company owners, as it's not okay how things are being handled.
I won't be ordering again, only now to empty my e-wallet...
Wack website, fix it
I ordered heels from this website and the payment went through on my bank account yet the website deemed it payment failed and after contacting support MANY MANY times which is when they finally responded, they told me no money was given on their account? PLEASE fix this website like what??? where did my money go then, A HUNDRED QUID BTW
Broke the law!
I bought a bodysuit for over £90. The sleeves were different lengths, it arrived misshaped and has stains all over it. The fabric quality was like something from china! Cheap, thin and bad quality.
Obviously I returned the item. Attitude refused to refund my return postage (which is against my statutory rights as the item was faulty).
First and last time shopping with this company. It’s all dropshipped rubbish from China. :(
Slow delivery, lack of communication
Spent a good few weeks waiting on items that were paid for, but the site wasn't giving any updates. Tried emailing but get ignored, tried phoning but no answer. Eventually they picked up, and surprisingly were very helpful. They phoned to their warehouse to check on the order, told me why the delay happened (they were waiting on 1 item), but split the order up and shipped the available items which then arrived the next day which is great. However, its now been another MONTH without an update on the item that they didn't have. Said item is still on their site and not marked as 'sold out' either. Its a shame because the products themselves have been really great, but the lack of communication they give you on orders unless you chase them up on it is pretty disappointing. If they could fix those issues at the very least, then I wouldn't have minded as much about waiting.

I ordered lunar tides hair dye off this website, once applied to my human hair blonde extensions the colour was totally different to what the website shows. The colour was nothing like what I had received. I had spent £60 on hair dye on there website only to be sent in an email a link on ‘how to dye hair with semi permanent dye’ please don’t waste your money with this brand of hair dye as it is nothing like I have seen elsewhere! Ridiculous customer service also, no help at all!

First and last time I bought something from you guys. "Fast shipping" I'm waiting over a month now and still don't know if I'll ever receive my purchase. This can't be real. And it's not the fault of the customs. It took you guys over 2 weeks to give a package to transit. This was planned as a gift for my loved one, and now it ended in disaster. Small companies from around the world manage it to deliver faster than you from much longer distances.

super helpful & transparent
I found Attitude Clothing to be a super helpful, transparent company. They were available to speak on the phone when a Windy Willow toad was going to be delivered whilst I was in hospital. I’m actually bewildered at the poor score on trust pilot because I can’t recommend them enough.
Horror Erfahrung
Meine Bestellung wurde nach drei Wochen immernoch nicht verschickt. Nach mehrmaliger Nachfrage wurde ich leider nur vertröstet und erhielt keine konkrete Antwort auf meine Fragen. Es wurde sich auch nicht für die lange Wartezeit entschuldigt oder erklärt woran es liegt, dass meine Artikel nicht versandt werden. Später hieß es dann, dass drei von vier Artikeln "bald" verschickt werden könnten aber der vierte Artikel (mir wurde nicht genannt welcher genau) irgendwann separat geliefert werden müsste. Ein absolutes NoGo, da dies Mehrkosten für mich als Kunden innerhalb der EU bedeuten würde, da ich pro Päckchen eine Auslagenpauschale (7,50€) an den Zusteller entrichten müsste. Habe mich letztlich an den Zahlungsdienstleister wenden müssen um mein Geld zurück zu bekommen. Insgesamt eine absolute Enttäuschung! Unprofessioneller geht's nicht. Nie wieder!
Very helpful customer service
Given there are alot of negative reviews regarding customer service, I have had the complete opposite experience.
I ordered the Windy willows Toad bag for my nieces birthday, the item was despatched very quickly, although I did have afew issues which wasn't Attitude Clothing at fault.
On delivery to my local post office they took collection but accidentally sent it back to Royal mail by mistake before I had chance to collect. After a week of calls to Royal mail, they seemed uninterested in rectifying the mistake, instead opting to blame shift.
I took it upon myself to email Attitude clothing to explain the issue in the evening. This was followed up by a call back the next morning by a guy named Barry. Barry was very apologetic, understanding and helpful. He explained the process of that he was going to contact his Rep at Royal mail and have this issue rectified ASAP. In doing so he called me back the next day to update me on the matter to which the item was delivered within 24hrs.
In a retail society where speaking to a person directly is rare, I found this a breath of fresh air and appreciate that he attempted to contact me via call instead of slow and frustrating back and fourth emails resulting in a quick rectified issue.
Avoid this company
I ordered a pair of trousers in size 28". What I received was a 30" pair of trousers. I emailed them. They did get back to me pretty fast, they said I could return for a refund. I asked how to return. They told me to open a return via royal mail which I did. I sent them back on the 23rd of September. I waited until the 4th of October, then asked for an update. They replied saying in can take up to 14 days for refunds to be issued. I emailed them again today, asking for another update. Only to be told my refund is being rejected. Oh but they could resend me out the trousers fpr another £4.99. Lol no way am I giving this company any more money. It's your mistake not mine, why would I pay for shipping again? For trousers that don't fit, cause you sent the wrong size. I'd give negative stars if could.
Well I got my refund in the end, had to go through paypal though. 100% avoid this company.

Very Unprofessional
Very poor attitude from the customer service when I requested an order cancellation. They failed to even attempt any cancellation despite being told 'At any time you may choose to cancel your order and we will process an immediate refund', and then I had to return the order at my own cost. The responses I received were unprofessional at best. I will not be returning or recommending their business.

Placed an order for same day dispatch , and my order was supposed to be delivered today for an important event tomorrow. It never arrived and they haven’t even dispatched it, even though I have paid extra for the service.
