I used to love their clothing, but buyers beware, the quality has gone way down. If you are already paying high fees for US delivery, just don't bother. I ordered literally the same pair of pants one year after I had initially ordered them (which I guess speaks to quality, the pair I had was still looking OK but a bit shabby despite my washing as instructed, and they are formalwear for work) and they were made of a different material (formerly a lovely material, now a bit costume-y), fit differently (very tight in unflattering areas), and the pockets were of different depth. It is clear cost-cutting has occurred. They do allow returns but there's a fee associated for people in the US and you have to find one of those DHS spot so it's a whole hassle. Not worth it, find more local clothing.

She has been, single handedly, the best Customer service representative i have ever had the pleasure of dealing with.

I bought a coat following the size guide (which I've used every time purchasing Hell Bunny items) and unfortunately it was far too large this time round.

She helped me understand coat sizing information and made sure I was able to find the coat that was right for me.

I now have the pleasure of owning the correct sized coat (after 3 years of searching) and thanks to this wonderful lady, I am proud to own this coat for the next 10 years!

(I know it sounds so simple but with black friday deals, multiple refunds and hundreds of £s this close to Christmas, she really helped me make this process as painless as possible 🫶🏻)

A true test of customer service is how they handle things going wrong. Evri seriously messed me around so it wasn’t even Hell Bunny’s fault but I contacted customer service and they arranged a redelivery with a different courier (very wise). The team, and Kellie in particular, were absolutely lovely and so on the ball. My issue was resolved within 24 hours of first contacting them while Evri is yet to reply and probably never will. Thank you so much for your hard work at this busy time, from customer service all the way to the warehouse. You’re all absolutely stellar and turned this into such a positive experience!

Swoon! I have just tried on both dresses, and I absolutely love them both! I’m planning to wear the Bownita dress for my 50th birthday party this weekend. It’s perfect! Like it was custom made for me! I also bought the Heidi dress, which is the perfect LBD! I feel beautiful and comfortable in both of them.

I’ve placed a few orders with Hell Bunny over the last couple weeks. I’m overall positive, with one major criticism: their size guide. I normally wear a size 16, which Hell Bunny lists as equivalent to their size XL. However, my body measurements matched that of their size 2XL. Naturally, I thought body measurements would be more accurate than number sizing, so I went with the 2XL. I was wrong! I ordered 9 items (3 each of dresses, tops and skirts) and all except one blouse were far too large. This is a real shame because Hell Bunny does not offer free returns, so I had to pay ship it all back. I reordered my favourite items a size down and everything fit perfectly, if anything I could have potentially gone even smaller on a few items.

With that out of the way, I’m very happy with my clothes now that they fit. The designs are super cute and feel well-made. Another plus is that once I returned the original order, I received my refund in only two working days. Customer service also took less than a day to respond to a question I had about the return. And they ship super fast as well, all my orders arrived in 1-2 days without even choosing the next day delivery option.

Overall I’m a happy camper and will definitely order again, since the designs are very much my style, quality is good, and shipping, communication and refund processing was very fast. I do think the sizing is a significant issue however (especially since returns are not free) and I really urge Hell Bunny to review the body measurements. At least I know what to expect next time.

Not only did she reply super quickly (which blew me away since she’s in the UK and I'm in Australia!), but she also gave me a few different solutions to choose from so I could pick what worked best for me.

Her emails were so kind, friendly, and professional—it honestly felt like chatting with a friend who genuinely wanted to help. Sizing is wrong. According to the size chart online large/14 is 31.5" waist, but the actual measurement on the trousers I ordered is only 29". At a non-refundable £5 for delivery plus having to pay for returns, this is not great and I won't be risking ordering from this shop again.
