This one could be a great service but failed
This one could be a great service but, it occurred to me, not client oriented.
I advertised this service to my friends as a super service for gearbox service, and a day before yesterday we're making engine oil service for my friends car.
Yesterday we were there with gearbox oil service and engine oil service for the car of another friend.
Agreed to 17:00, we were in time, but had to wait a few hours to let the car cool down. That's OK and it's a normal process.
We were agreed to be near the car to see what's going on, that was really super option.
Everything was done in an expected way.
Today, when it was my turn to have gearbox oil service, I got a phone call, that I should leave my car in the noon, go away, and I'll be called when everything be ready. And it was highlighted, that it is because of us, as yesterday workers went home very late and got to work today too late as well and we are guilty in that. Interesting thing... we were told to get at 17:00, owner knows the process time range and we are guilty because it's too long :) Cool :)
That's why we are not allowed to watch the service process.
I will not see if any service is done and the quality of the process, if there any new scratches appear or something is broken.
So all our agreements seems have no value, words of owner could be changed at any time.
I don't want to use this service any more, unfortunately, and will not recommend it as everything you agreed with owner - it's, actually, has no sense. He will call you and change his mind, position, etc.
Also, all next bookings from my friends and all my car band will be cancelled, as well, as "advertised" to black list in our car chats.
That's how, potentially great service, could be failed... I'm so sorry, as it could be a good one.
This service lost a client in my person as it looked to me great choice initially and I could make all other service works there. The same for all of our car band.
