Auto Finesse Opiniones

2nd delivery in two weeks Hassle free and arrived very quickly. Can’t beat getting your new products all ready for the weekend

Products are really good quality customer service is bang on I’ve spend 20 years detailing so I know my stuff, I like the fact when you order somert you end up with more products thrown in for free to try no other company do this they just want ya money I normally but my stuff from else where but slowly but surly I’ve been converted to auto finesse stuff and loving it

Ordered with express delivery and come super quickly. Items were brilliant quality as always, ordered a tee which is so much better quality than some high end designers. Only thing is I should have read the sizing measurements beforehand but not complaining fits really well just not the fit I expected could have done with addressing the fit of the items on their website but overall great experience as per 👍🏼

The products are great but you need to have a deeper look into your delivery options. DHL are NOT a reputable company and the fact that you fob them off as so on your website is deeply concerning. You need to have a clear up of your 'shipping' section. Clearer signage of DPD is needed at checkout as they are usually the only courier who are reliable and I would have selected this had I known DHL were going to be handling my parcel. Spent days chasing the DHL parcel around and really left a sour taste in my mouth with AutoFinesse. Had delivery via Royal Mail before with you guys, that was fine but they are usually quite unsatisfactory too. Just writing a review in hopes that someone gives it a read and updates the website to give more concise and reliable delivery information as this has completely ruined my experience and actually angered me in some respects.

Brilliant detailing company, service is top notch especially Amy Knox! She is such an asset Auto Finesse! James is also a legend. Great products, great guides and great sales offers too! 10/10

Stay clear.. not worth the hassle - shocking overall experience. No ownership taken.
Misleading pricing and major system issues.. advertising one price then increases at check out.. even if you don’t confirm or accept the price change it will reduce your available bank balance for 7-10 days!!! They don’t care or wouldn’t do anything to help..
About £350 unavailable to use in my account due to pending transactions due to no fault of my own… need to wait for this to be returned to my available balance.. not great!!!

I ordered a the Foamlance for Bosch Aquatak pressure washer on 2/6 using the "Bosch" option. However the fitment didn't fit the pressure washer. Customer Service insisted that I have to chose the "Black & Decker" not the "Bosch" option to order for Bosch Aquatak machines. How confusing is that?

I told them in an early email that I have posted the wrong fitment back to them with their return label and asked them to send the replacement immediately because the whole pack is useless without the fitment. And their shipping wasn't fast.
But their responses were all to blame me for not reading the description.

The return was delivered yesterday, but today I received another email, in which they are still trying to correct me over the Bosch vs Black&Decker option, and asking me to post the wrong fitment back to them.

Are they getting paid for each angry customer?

Great kit thank you

HONESTLY THIS STUFF ROCKS

I’ve used a lot of products in the past but even the APC still packs a punch differently to others love it loyal customer for life 👌👌

Customer service is fantastic and my order arrived earlier than I thought which was good as I needed the supplies for a job. I can't fault the products and my customers are always happy with how their car looks after. Id happily recommend auto finesse products to anyone.

Great website with really informative 'how to' guides selling a fantastic range of products, simple ordering process and really pleased with the results on my 7 year old SL - looks like new!

Products were great price, arrived quickly, great quality and simple to use, what more could you ask for?

Top quality products, best to buy in bulk to take advantage of discounts and shipping. Iv been using for years, and keep coming back, I think my first order was 2017 and Iv never used another brand since!

Such a variety of good products, easy to use and always making the car shine. I won’t use any other brand and highly recommend Auto Finesse

i love auto finesse the products and there duel polisher blew me away the all round a great brand for detailers i recommend too anyone .

I was introduced to Auto Finesse materials by my son who lent me his. Owning a classic car I could not believe how much easier polishing could be by using your polishing puck pad and polish. The finish achieved with the polish was superb and easily achieved. I have now been converted.

Excellent service as always. Staff are very helpful and full of knowledge and they sell amazing products and would Highly recommend to anyone who wants top quality products. This is the only company that I will use and recommend A++++.
