Excellent customer service, I’ve had a loas of questions over the last few weeks and doesn’t matter how many times I have rung every time I’ve have been helped. In fact I would say they have all gone above and beyond.

Emergency Call Out as no gas supply, reported the fault and within 1/2 hour Tom Chapman the Engineer arrived very pleasant young man quickly diagnosed the Problem and very efficiently sorted it out I would highly recommend him to anyone the company should be proud to have a such a reliable representative

Very easy to get through to the right department without being on hold for ages. Staff were very helpful and friendly and easily understand. Never had a problem when needing to order gas or having to wait long for delivery.

As a business we have been with Avanti for years now. The staff are always polite and helpful - which sadly is a rare thing when dealing with utility companies.
The drivers and office staff take pride in their job and deliver a professional service.

Have been a customer for over 30 years and we always have had good service from your telephone, delivery and site teams.

I called enquiries for help with accessing our account on line as we had lost the details. Paula was extremely helpful, kind and friendly and sorted everything out for me and has even gone the extra mile to e-mail me to ensure everything has gone well. Our new contract is now in place, so thank you to Les in contracts who talked me through the process on the phone so that I did not have to fill out lots of forms on line, a process not always easy for we older people.

I had to contact Avanti Gas (15th June) about for a few queries as I was approaching the end of my current contract.
The Customer Service Advisor, Paula, was able to answer and assist all my queries promptly without any fuss.
Today I renewed my contract, yes price is important, but the level of service is equally important which is why I decided to renew again. Plus the delivery team are excellent also, so reliable.

The Team were great, needed to renew my contract, all done within 15 mins.. well done Les Banton

My reason for the call was addressed in a polite and professional manner. The phone was answered immediately and the customer services department were able to respond to my request without delay. Very impressed by Jayne.

Contacted Avantigas today to update my reading due to price increase and the website wouldn't accept my reading. Fortunately Lily was very efficient and accepted my reading, job done within 2 minutes. Very pleased.
