Unsatisfactory
Placed an order and made immediate payment via PayPal. I was contacted the next day and advised the item was not available and the order was cancelled. I requested an immediate refund via PayPal - I rang the company again later that day to again ask for an immediate refund and it is still outstanding.
This company has taken my money and is sitting with it in their account for a number of days so far. Come Monday I will lodge a claim with PayPal if it is not refunded by 10am.

After thoroughly reviewing the situation we can see that a refund via Paypal was processed via our accounts team at the point of being notified of the request. Unfortunately, Paypal's refund policy can take up to 5 business days, something we as a company have no control or influence over.
We do completely understand the frustration associated with this scenario and can fully assure you that we actioned the refund request in a timely manner. Fabulous and responsive service - could not fault anything.
We needed urgently a CTouch board to hire and this was organised and delivered within 1 day. Super helpful in terms of collection as well although in fact we liked the board so much, that we decided to purchase it.

Great Customer Service!
Really impressed by the customer service from this company.
I ordered an item that seemed to be out of stock across all retailers in the UK. I thought I might have been lucky when I found it at AV Parts Master. However, after placing the order, I received a call the next day apologising that the item wasn't in stock. I explained how I had been struggling to find the item, so undeterred, George said he would see if they could get it from any of their European suppliers. After a couple of calls back and forth, it was confirmed that they had found one item they could ship from Europe.
Typically, I would expect most companies in this situation to just issue a standard out of stock email, but the effort to source the item and the customer communication was absolutely brilliant.
I would highly recommend AV Parts Master based on my experience. Good customer service is hard to find these days, and this company offered it in spades!

I recently ordered a new TV. While there was an issue with stock due to a spike in sales, the customer service and communication from George has been outstanding. It would have been easy for them to cancel orders but they went out of their way to provide options and keep me up to date with progress. Really impressed, would use again

Will use AV partsmaster again
A rocky start, but credit where credit is due. If you’re buying from AV Parts Master, it’s best to email them first to double-check stock. Yes, the website states next-day delivery, but there’s an asterisk—and that essentially means only if they have stock. Perhaps I was unlucky, but my order had to come directly from the manufacturer, so “next day” actually meant eight days.
That said, despite the delay, the team at AV Parts Master were excellent. They kept me updated throughout, and special thanks to Jody for delivering exactly as promised. A happy customer—I’ll certainly use them again and recommend them. Perhaps just email them first!

Exceptional Service Despite Supplier Challenges
I placed an order for a lamp on the 23rd of December, fully expecting delivery after the festive period.
I was advised that the item would arrive on January 3rd, but it didn't show up.
Upon contacting AV Parts Master I learned there was a stock issue - but this wasn’t their fault.
To my understanding, the supplier may have been installing incorrect bulbs in the lamps, which potentially led to them being removed from sale and placed on a 7–10 day backorder. Interestingly, this occurred after I'd alerted an intermediary to the issue..
Despite these challenges, the team at AV Parts Master went above and beyond. They communicated quickly, worked hard to source an OEM lamp from Germany for me, and although it came with a 2–3 week lead time, given that even Optoma themselves can’t provide an ETA for their lamps, I have to commend AV Parts Master for their exceptional customer service so far.

Website incorrect
Ordered a projector lamp from them with it saying next working day delivery. They hadn't updated their website to clarify that they were closed between xmas and new years and this only became clear when I called in to check. Needed it for tomorrow so really disappointing.

I ordered a product during Christmas time, as soon as the business came back to work on 2nd Jan Debbie folllowed up over phone and ensured I get timely delivery of a higher spec product(since original product would have taken more time). I appreciate the follow-up and the upgrade.

Had a great experience ordering from AVPM on Black Friday. They had a deal on the Logitech Streamcam which beat the rainforest by miles and after a slight issue with delivery, I got really excellent service from Richard on Livechat who sorted things for me in a very equitable way.

What a great experience
What a great experience. Jordan was great. He dealt with my enquiries quickly, giving me great information. He organised the delivery so quickly it was crazy. Got the the items ordered in less then 24 hours. It was a rush to get the items and Jordan dealt with it amazingly. The prices are also great.
