4 star could have been a 5 star.

I cannot fault the order process and the price of the camera was very competetive. I have just a couple of comments. First is that I thought I was ordering for a company in London , only to find the unit came from Poland. The second is that power adapter was a two pin ie Europe standard, not a UK 13 amp. I had to purchase an adapter to use this. Otherwise I would have given a 5 star.

Excellent Quality Backpack

Very well-made with strong fabric and durable fastenings. The two side cup holder pockets are a big plus since many backpacks don’t include them. It has plenty of space without feeling bulky, and the adjustable straps are comfortable even when carrying heavier items. Lightweight and wipe clean fabric.
The only drawback was shipping — it took two weeks to arrive and the shipping was fairly expensive. Still, I’m very happy with my purchase and would recommend it.

Worst webshop experience ever

Worst webshop experience ever. I paid for the order over a month ago and the goods still haven't been shipped to me. I keep getting some generic responses to my mails. I highly recommend to everyone to keep away from this seller.

Extremely Poor Service and Violation of EU Consumer Rights

My experience with Senetic has been very disappointing. I placed an order and waited five days for delivery, but the parcel never arrived, and I received no update or communication. During this time, I tried to reach the delivery company's (UPS) customer service, but it was completely unresponsive.
After five days without any notice, I informed Senetic that I was withdrawing from the order. Their reply stated that I would receive a refund once the parcel was returned to them. Since then, I’ve sent multiple follow-up emails, but none received a proper or meaningful response.
Under EU law, a seller is obliged to refund a customer within 14 days from the withdrawal date. That period has long passed. I even gave them an additional three business days to respond—still nothing.
Senetic’s handling of this situation shows a complete disregard for customer service and EU consumer protection laws. If this remains unresolved, I fully intend to escalate the matter through legal channels.

Update: Today, after 10 days of delay from the legal deadline, they have sent me the refund receipt, so they started to do something at least after the legal complaint was sent to the authorities. Or is it that they have found my complaint here in a public platform?

Great price and shipping.

Great price and exactly what was ordered. Item came from Poland in a few days by UPS no problem. No extra charges. Bought a mouse as well to get the carriage cost low. Reason for 4 not 5 stars? Item shipped with Euro plug not UK plug in needed. PSU 12v 3A centre+ so I had one anyway.

Ordered the wrong cameras but Senetic rapidly arranged a courier collection of the order. This level of customer support is very rare in these times.

However I then had to complain to my credit card company to get a refund rather than Senetic's offer of a 'credit note'.

Misleading Company and Poor Customer Service

I placed an order through what appeared to be a UK-based website, clearly displaying a London address. However, upon delivery, the parcel arrived from Poland, and I was unexpectedly asked to pay import duties.

When I contacted the company, they claimed this was a mistake and assured me they would cover the import fees the same day. Three days later, the charges were still unpaid. I followed up with another call and was met with rude and unprofessional behaviour. A representative stated that "somewhere on the website it says we are based in Poland" and admitted that the UK address was primarily used for tax (dodging) purposes.

They promised to email proof of payment—this never happened. It has now been over two weeks, and the issue remains unresolved.

I will not be ordering from this company again and strongly advise others to exercise caution.

Broken monitor & terrible customer servic

Terrible customer service. Hired Bulgarians that do not speak english or croatian. I received a broken monitor (150€.). They did not want to take any responsibility. Horrendous.

It took four weeks before the correct cable arrived and I was able to use the device. First time; last time.

I ordered Ubiquiti products from them by end of June 2025, now it is still in Poland, UPS tracker stated that it is in warehosue and get hold by customs. I buy from Ubiquiti UK official web site, arrives in 2 days.

Terrible customer service

If you get your order without any problems, they are great! HOWEVER, if your goods arrive damaged, their policy is not to refund or replace until they have received the goods back in POLAND. I have now been waiting 1 month since the router I ordered (which arrived very damaged!) was collected by UPS. They will not replace or refind yet, as they say it has not arrived in poland yet. AFTER A MONTH!!! How long do I need to wait. They still have my money, and I have absolutely nothing! Not even the damaged item!

Rip off!!!

I ordered items through this company through PayPal so I thought I would be OK, . Wrong, I never recieved the items and through paypal wanted a refund, the dispute was ended in my favour so paypal said I would get a refund which was supposed to on 24th may , i am still waiting ,even paypal are saying I have been refunded just keep going round in circles....I give up for the sake of my sanity..

If I could give Senetic zero stars I would. I bought a product which I paid for on 11th March. It didn't arrive until 1st April by which time I had already agreed to cancel it. They promised to collect the product and refund me. Collection took another 2 months and they have still not refunded me my €1500 15 days after they collected it. They are an awful company to deal with. Dont trade with them

Bought the wrong product but retrurns are a nuightmare

Bought the wrong product as I didn;t realise there was a fgersion without the SDN software installed. Still trying to return it. Hours on the phone. Lots of emails that take an age to answer. RMA process that didn't work initially. RMA then rejected without restock fee and now waiting for week's to get the RMA number. Worst returns process I have ever encountered.

We purchased 3 Goodwe inverters paying…

We purchased 3 Goodwe inverters paying the VAT , UPS tried to deliver these but wanted the duty/clearance to be paid, we turned them away, for the last 3 weeks I have tried to get this sorted without success with Senetic. The inverters were delivered which I thought meant Senetic sorted the issue out, how wrong was I we received an invoice today from UPS asking for the money. More emails sent and no replies

Terrible company, worst customer support I ever had

Edit (for more context):
Placed an order at Nov 11, while in the order confirmation stated clearly total amount includes tasks and ETA of delivery set to Nov 20.
At Nov 15 I got a message from Senetic:

"Due to reorganization we had to close our Israeli branch.
Please note that you will receive an invoice issued from our Polish company w/o VAT amount.
When the package is received, you should pay additional customs fees accordingly local laws.
Any additional import charges will be at your charge."

I reply that its not what I paid for, and they just canceled my order without any notice, at least notify me that my order has been canceled!

Our employee informed about it from the beginning. I am sorry that we could not help with this procedure, but we do not have a company in Israel to carry out such operations.
