I ordered a particular monitor online from AV Parts and paid there and then. Unfortunately it had been discontinued by NEC. Ellie at AV Parts went out of her way to understand what the monitor was needed for and to come up with suitable alternative recommendations, she also answered many questions patiently and accurately. I ended up with a better option at half the cost. If I had to offer anything constructive to feedback it would be to improve the time taken to refund the difference, 5-7working days meant my product was delivered a good week before the refund was made, which had me thinking ‘have they forgotten it’, but as it turned out they hadn’t, they were just a bit slow. It was a really great service though and I would definitely buy from them again.

Great product and Customer Service
I recently purchased a projector for my golf simulator (Viewsonic PX749-4K). I was helped through out my journey by Scott. He was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, taking time to answer all of questions. What really stood out was how he listened to my needs, not only for golf but also other uses of the projector, and gave me a fantastic recommendations that perfectly fit my budget. Scott made the whole experience easy and stress-free, and couldn’t be happier with the result. Highly recommend both the product and Scott’s top notch service.

Hi there,
I am writing to express my deep disappointment with the service I have received from AV PartsMaster.
My first enquiry regarding the Dynascan TV was on 28th July, and from the very beginning I made it clear in all of my emails that this specific model was required for our shoot. Tom Donegan was fully aware of this. I trusted that he understood our needs and, as a result, I stopped looking elsewhere, assuming the booking was in safe hands.
On Friday 15th August, just one week before our shoot, I queried the quote as it listed a ProofVision 65" Aire instead of the Dynascan. Tom confirmed to me at 11:00am that day that we would, in fact, receive the Dynascan.
Since then, I have emailed Tom twice (on Monday and again today) with no response. When I called the AV Parts number today, I spoke with George at 14:30, who informed me that the Dynascan was not available and that nothing could be done to help. This is three days before the agreed collection date.
This experience has been extremely frustrating and unprofessional. A simple apology is not enough, as I am now left scrambling to find a very specific and difficult-to-source TV for a shoot that begins in just three days. At the very least, I would expect your team to proactively assist me in locating the correct equipment from another supplier.
Overall, the communication and customer service I have experienced has been completely unsatisfactory and needs serious review.

This company is fabulous - they took the time before shipping to call me and talk through the projector screen I was buying and what I was using it for and making sure I had the right dimensions etc -
Navigating projector screen size online is confusing and often doesn't account for case size vs screen size etc so a call to debunk all of this was so lovely and unexpected. Biggest shout out to Debbie Tildesley who was so personable and helped me problem solve in the moment - even rang the manufacturers on my behalf (as i wanted to use a pull down screen as a pull up) and called me right back! I don't think I have experienced this kind of service in years. Will absolutely be recommending them to anyone I know. Thanks Debbie and team!! x

I ordered a monitor and was very happy with the experience. There was a short delay whilst stock arrived, which was expected due to it being a newly-released product, but after that delivery was next day and without issues. It was also comfortably the best price around and a great deal, so very happy overall.

WAS Being completely ghosted, now issue fixed
UPDATE: An hour after this review being written, got a call and my issue was sorted within the day. I like to think the issue with in regards to some internal miscommunication. At least this company WILL read your reviews and WILL find a solution. I can't fault them for that. Sales person's name redacted.
ORIGINAL REVIEW: Being completely ghosted. Was made promises by sales person ******** that were not upheld. Ongoing for half a year now. They simply want me to quietly go away.
No response from complaints or any department. Now email has been blocked by their systems. Would not recommend.

I can’t fault these guys
I can’t fault these guys ! Even recieved a follow up call from Deborah just to chat about the spec’ of the projector just to confirm that it would meet my needs. Crystal clear communication and super quick next day delivery from a very customer orientated business who, in my opinion, do everything to provide a great customer experience. Stellar, speedy and sincere service
Stellar, speedy service with a personal touch.
After ordering (at a better price than anywhere else) I received an email from a human confirming my order and imminent despatch.
Then, an automated despatch notification, with tracking.
Next day, just before the item was delivered, I had another email from a different and equally polite person with my invoice.
I’m actually speechless at this level of service in this day and age, and you’ve won another loyal customer in me.

Thanks to Aidan for a great experience! Despite being a domestic customer likely placing a once-in-years order, AVPM were really helpful and proactive. They checked that the large commercial display I was interested in would actually work for my intended purpose and even checked the dimensions of my house to ensure it would fit. Installers were great and I'm really happy with the end result.

Excellent service and support
As a large secondary school, we regularly order AV equipment. Each time we request a quote, AV Parts Master consistently beats the competition by hundreds of pounds — like magic — making them exceptional value for money.
Our account manager, Jordan, is always attentive to our needs, going above and beyond (almost like someone waving a wand behind the scenes).
Things do occasionally go wrong — as they do with any supplier — but unlike many companies that leave you hanging, Jordan always manages to turn drama into a happily ever after — with a touch of sparkle and the occasional song, if needed.
