Beautiful ring. I was really impressed. Also I got a free gift with it which was very nice!

Did not receive the correct ring size as ordered
When ring did not fit I took the ring to two jewelry stores and was told by both stores that ring was a little over 9 although I ordered 8 3/4

When I emailed a picture of ring on a ring sizer The owner of Azeera told me that ring sizers were sometimes off and that his staff had checked the ring before mailing to me

Of course his staff had not checked the ring as two other jewelry stores that checked the size both determined that it was a size 9

So the owner of Azeera did not tell me the truth

He did say that he would make ne happy and offered to talk on the phone

However it was too late as Christmas was already ruined plus why should I believe him after he lied about his staff checking the ring size and after his excuse story about ring sizers being wrong

The truth is that I originally ordered. Size 9 but within seconds changed the order to 8 3/4

I received an confirmation from the owner that my order had been changed from a 9 down to a 8 3/4

What I received was a 9 and this error was confirmed

Azeera does not care that they ruined Christmas for me

I loved the product, however I sent it in to be resized and the engraving was gone when they sent it back. They told me I could pay to ship it back and they would engrave again for free. But I was just ready to have my finished product so I went and paid money to get the engraving done locally to where I live.

Ordered a ring which was beautiful but a half size too big. Sent ring back and ring was resized and returned in just a few days.

The whole experience was simple and lovely. The website is great because you can customize your piece in so many ways. The people from Azeera were very helpful and kept in touch throughout the entire process. I received my ring quickly and I absolutely love it. Would definitely recommend.

Everything about our engagement was perfect, and that all started with Azeera! We didn’t just want a typical diamond engagement ring like everyone else has, we wanted a customized ring of our size choosing along with a variety of stone choices for an affordable price. We looked at many different ring websites (small and large companies), walked into some stores, but none of them seemed to have what we were looking for until we came across Azeera’s website. This company was exactly what we wanted and more. Azeera had a ton of ring options to choose from and they allow you to customize your options right on the website. We found the exact kind of ring we wanted, however, we wanted to adjust and customize it a little more so we reached out to the Azeera team. Not only was Puneet and his team a pleasure to work with, but you can truly tell they love what they do and they make customer service one of their top priorities. They were always available and quick to respond on the website’s chat box and through email. They also sent us computer generated images of the designed ring we asked for and they would make all the adjustments for us too all within a few hours or a day. You always felt like their top priority which is hard to find in companies nowadays. Another amazing aspect of Azeera was the opportunity to pick out the exact center stone for our ring. We ended up choosing a three stone ring with a princess cut aquamarine stone in the center. Puneet sent us the stone details, as well as a video and pictures of the stones to choose from. It was really neat and special knowing we got to actually pick out the stone ourselves. Then it came time for Azeera to make and ship the ring to us. The website tells you in the beginning when you can expect the ring to be done by which is awesome. Once the details are sorted out and you purchase the ring, they begin to work on it right away. Shipping was also super fast taking only a couple days. The ring came and it was beautiful. Almost a year later, we reached out to them again this time with wedding band inquiries which led to another outstanding Azeera purchase. Azeera did an amazing job both times and we recommend them to everyone!

I did some research and saw nothing but good reviews and now I see why. I bought a replacement wedding band for my wife. It was the one she originally wanted but we could not afford. The ring fits her perfectly, matches her custom made engagement ring, and did not break the bank. The customer support was top notch and I would absolutely buy from Azeera again.
