This business is amazing!! They really went above and beyond on my ring and made sure I felt special. They send a free garnet with the order, which I am already sending back to get a pendant made for my daughter. I absolutely love my ring. It is my wedding band, and the quality of the gems and their sparkle is absolutely gorgeous. Not only that, but the contact I had for the rings creation was absolutely lovely to work with and they answered any questions I had.

A nice ring, but the wrong size
The ring was very nice, but the wrong size (one full size too small). The ring has an open shank design, and when I returned the ring to be resized, it appeared that the jeweler simply spread the original ring out instead of remaking it in the proper size. This ruined the appearance of the design. When I returned the ring for a refund, that did get processed quickly and correctly.

Feels like buying in person
We bought a sapphire and platinum wedding band for my fiance and it was a fun and personal experience that I won't ever forget. Nothing like the robotic, uncommunicative, uninformed experience we had with one of the major online jewelers we used for my engagement ring. I would definitely give Azeera a call before you buy your rings. (And I NEVER leave reviews)

I’m Wearing Sparkles Again
I can no longer wear my wedding set due to arthritis in my hands. Rather than resizing it a second time, I opted for a new Azeera tiny band. I am loving my Diamond/Onyx 3/4 eternity band set in yellow gold. Once again I have something sparkly on my wedding ring finger. The diamonds are bright and sparkly and the onyx is a nice compliment. My husband’s wedding band is also diamond and onyx so now we match. I’m very happy with my purchase.

Awesome customer service
Awesome customer service! I ended up wanting to cancel my order to place a new one instead after I had changed my mind and browsed a little bit more on their website and honestly it was the easiest thing in the world. I messaged them through text and bam! everything was taken care of within minutes!
My piece is so cute too!!!! Got my kids birth stones and mine all in one ring!
