Worst experience. The return policy which they have is for namesake. Do not buy their products, they simply reject the return request and make themselves nonexistent. Cheating websites. Saw same review here.

I ordered one dress for my baby for the first time and the cloth is not as expected as soon as I received I raised request for return they are rejected my return which is wrong my order# 19486. If any dress has the return option it is eligible for the return but why did you rejected mine

Baby & Me offers lovely products with beautiful designs and high-quality materials. My past purchases have been fantastic, but occasionally there's a delay in shipping or quality isn't as consistent as I'd hope. However, overall, it's a wonderful company with great items and passionate customer care. Definitely worth supporting for unique baby items!

How are you brothers are so nice and Tom pay your way to brothers are really nice, but I bought one for myself because I’ve got to help me sleep properly and I use it in the day to Butt in the family. Use another hot is really nice and warm and use your snow no hot every single day in the winter.

Do not buy this cheap , untested, unsafe, fire hazard from these scammers. Not to mention what he has done.

I have purchased from this company a few times and always been extremely pleased with the items. Always beautiful designs and high quality. However I've received my blanket today which I ordered in November but I'm really disappointed. The design isnt that nice as advertised and the quality isn't as good as previous blankets and snuggle hoods I've purchased. Very thin material. Not very good value for money this time I'm afraid to say.

Excellent products, but it was a third time I had to chase them to send me my order or give a refund after weeks of waiting without any notifications...
I'm still waiting for my refund, it's such a shame because the products are amazing, but the customer service is very poor. I don't know how many times I've heard "sorry" so I was giving another chance. Unfortunately no response after my emails.
This time it's been two weeks since my last email.
Hopefully I will at least receive my refund.
