First purchase. Goods arrived extremely quickly especially with it being Easter. I purchased two Snuggle Hood Wearable Blankets. One is a gift, the other for me. The photos are good but honestly don’t do the items justice. They are so warm and comfy. The colours are vibrant and well made. The snuggle Hoods were well packaged, each sealed and put in a lovely pink bag, so when the courier arrived I knew exactly what was in the package. I can’t wait for the Christmas stock now. I ordered a baby blanket that had been out of stock for several months. I specifically wanted this exact design as I have had ordered the exact one twice in the past. One was buried with my stillborn child and the second given to my rainbow baby (which was unfortunately stolen on a family outing) so this blanket had a great sentimental value! There was a slight delay in processing the order (no fault of the owners) but they reached out to me via email and made sure I was kept in the loop through every stage of my order and they still went above and beyond to make up for the delay (even though, as I say, it had not been their fault) and sent an extra, beautiful, blanket to compensate. Both blankets are absolutely gorgeous and my baby boy finally has his angel sister's matching blanket back! Thank you so so much to the Babyandme team for such a fantastic, positive shopping experience! I already have my next order in my basket waiting 😂

Long wait to receive the item but overall a nice product. The only thing is that on the snoodie the wrists are incredibly tight and uncomfortable. For £50 I was expecting better quality and make.

Although I received the wrong design of the snuggle hood I originally ordered, the communication between me and the team was great and the quality of the product itself (regardless of design) is absolutely stunning.

I kept the product sent in the wrong design and was sent a discount code for the future as an apology.

Order two of the new snuggie hoodies in a plus size and they are really soft and very roomy. Also the designs are really cute and arrived fairly quickly.

I ordered the product 2 weeks ago finally got a notification on Saturday to tell me it had been shipped, however no shipping number was with it so I can’t track the parcel been emailing them since Saturday and they can’t be bothered to reply

I was frustrated with the level of customer service as yes they did reply to my emails but after 48 hours and only when I did threaten to leave a negative review did I get informed the delay was due to staff illness. In my opinion if they are fully aware they can’t fulfil the delivery time regardless of reason they should say when you place the order not a week after it should have been delivered we are talking expensive products here not cheap stuff. The item on arrival is poor quality for the price so my review score still stands

Snuggle hoods and blankets are amazing quality, cannot recommend enough, I was so concerned about the cold this winter because of the fuel bills, however I need not have worries, I even walk the dog in these. I worried about the delivery with the strikes because they were Christmas presents however I didn’t need to worry, because it was guaranteed. Such quality and have bought all my family each a blanket and snuggle hood. Highly highly highly recommend.
