We have visited the Mansfield branch today to collect our egg travel system. staff and service excellent throughout process. We had visited in June to brows , on our arrival from start to finish received excellent customer service with slot of guidance and information. The staff provided us with a wide range of different travel systems and information with each and everyone. To then be offered a fantastic deal on one that we had found on the internet that Bristol's Mansfield could offer us at an amazing price. Through out our experience with Bristols we would fully recommend. Outstanding service. We will be back.

We visited Mansfield store to have a browse and chose our travel system for our first baby. When arriving the one I had seen online wasn’t in stock yet. They told us it was due in on another date. We returned on the date of the pram being delivered to Store and fell in love with it straight away. Today we have been and collected our beautiful travel system. Staff very welcoming and helpful. Thank you

I had a wonderful experience in the shop. But delivery was massive let down. I was informed by a member of staff that I would receive a call on the morning of delivery with a time slot. This didn't happen so by 11am I rang the store to check. To be informed that they don't start to do the deliveries until the afternoon and someone will ring me just before my delivery is due to arrive. Which has meant massive inconvenience with me staying in all morning and then now being told if i do go out (as I am due on visits for work) that i'll have a few minutes to return to my house to be in for the delivery.

Delivery turned up at 16:45 no phone call. Why tell customers something then not do it!!

Happy that there won't be a need to use them again.

Ordered items 2-3 weeks ago Was not told one item was out of stock so been sitting here wondering why my order was not sent.
I called and pressed to talk to online sales to receive a recorded message they are not accepting calls during the covid 19 period. But if I called the store they put me through to them which I find strange. My order eventually came today but I did have to call 3-4 time’s to chase it.

Very good customer service. We had an appointment In store due to covid. The sales woman was very friendly, very knowledgeable and extremely helpful in letting us try out the different travel systems. Our travel system arrived earlier than scheduled and they offered to hold it for us until we were ready to collect which was a lovely option because we were still getting the nursery ready. When we went to collect the woman were extremely helpful getting all our packages to the car and making sure we had everything we’d ordered. We would highly recommend baby planet, abbey street, derby.

Excellent service. Each time we visited the store the staff were extremely helpful, nothing was too much trouble & everything was explained & demonstrated thoroughly. We have not experienced this kind of service in any other baby store. We would definately recommend this store if you want a full understanding of how a travel system works. Very appreciated.

Would get no stars if an option. Ordered nursery furniture in May to arrive beginning of June, then was arriving 2 weeks ago and now promised to arrive by today. Emailed several times, just not bothered and nobody going out of their way to get this order to us!!
