From walking in the door we were made very welcome by all involved. The smiling lady took our details and informed us where to go, what to do and when. The whole experience was the same, well organised and safe culminating in the "flight" on Velocity and an experience to remember.

I recently took part in this cocktail-making class and it was a brilliant experience from start to finish. The team put so much effort into making it enjoyable, engaging, and well organised. The instructors were friendly, knowledgeable, and made everyone feel welcome, regardless of their experience level.

The atmosphere was fantastic, and it was clear that a lot of thought had gone into every aspect of the session. Not only did I learn how to make some great cocktails, but I also had a lot of fun in the process.

I would highly recommend this experience to anyone looking for a fun activity, whether it’s with friends, family, or colleagues. A truly memorable experience!

I have taken part in a few cocktail masterclass as part of a hen do celebration and this was, by far, the best experience I've had. The atmosphere was nice and chilled and we loved that we got the choice of cocktails to make. Meg, the instructor, was friendly and approachable and just got our vibe. Highly recommend this masterclass. Easy to pay in instalments and easy to organise. We had a fab time! Thank you.

We booked a Life Drawing experience with the added extra of Butler in the Buff services for amy daughter's hen weekend in Bath,and it was absolutely brilliant. Mike was fabulous - funny, professional and made everyone feel completely at ease. We had such a hilarious and enjoyable afternoon. Thoroughly recommended if you're looking for a cheeky and memorable hen party activity.
The booking process was great - from the moment of booking up until the day of the event.

Had a cocktail making experience for my 60th , didn’t know what to expect . The cocktail bar had a great vibe & playing good music .
The bartender called Bailey was very good at explaining what we had to do & he made us all feel at ease .

The staff were friendly and welcoming .
The DJ was good even though he couldn’t play most of the songs we wanted.
I love the food it was tasty.
The bars were good. Security men maintained peace and order

The cocktail making barman was very good. Very clear with instructions and didn’t rush us at all.

Really easy to organise with a good online interface and good communication. The dance instructor was fantastic and really meshed well with our group! She was able to easily show us the dance while keeping things fun. Perfect for a hen do!

Scammers.wouldnt refund my money and we're very rude and insulting.

I recently booked with fizzbox ( book a party)
When arriving to the activity the company were not made aware of the booking at all and had no confirmed. Therefore, when arriving there was no worker to take us through the activity and we wasn’t able to do it.

Myself and the activity company have been emailing and calling book a party for a few days now hoping to sort this out and get a refund for their mess up but we have had no reply still.

Wouldn’t book again!
I booked a naked man drawing experience for my friends hen do. It was awful. The model had never done it before, didn’t speak to anyone, looked very uncomfortable. We were rushed to start but we also wanted to get a drink first so people missed out on half of it as you had to go up and down flights and flights of stairs to get to the room. The man who took it even admitted it wasn’t good. On top of that we are promised a bottle of wine for the bride to be which she got but wasn’t aloud to drink on the premises.
The company were in loads of contact with me for paying but after I emailed to tell them how disappointed we were iv heard nothing back.
Don’t waste your time booking. The experience is not what you think and ruined the time we could have done something a lot better.

We were taken many miles out of town to a wilderness dirt track road outside the city limits and not around the city as you might think. The home made beer bike was unsafe, broken bicycle peddles, very uncomfortable seating and seating position, hazardous sharp edges, no organisation, this ride should be shut down by the authorities.

Our experience was terrible and not what we had paid for at all. We booked the sangria bike tour. The description says a scenic river route... there was no river, we were in the middle of nowhere. Our driver did not interact with us at all and was not even on the bike let alone playing interactive games with us. Half of the pedals were not even connected to chains. And to top it off, some of us had to jump down and push to turn it round on the bumpy road that was not safe at all. On the way back to our drop point one of the taxis blew up on the motorway, half of the group were left abandoned on the side of the road for 45 minutes waiting to be picked up. A dangerous situation for everyone. We have since raised a complaint and have had no response! I think its disgraceful and disgusting the experience they are selling. It could not be further from the truth.
