This is a very professional team. What impressed me most was its high efficiency. The house I saw on Monday basically completed all the signing process on Wednesday. B&C Properties will guide you step by step through each process, which is especially suitable for people like me who are new to the UK. Nanny service. It's perfect. Special thanks to Tiffany and Michelle and Adele for their professionalism!

We highly recommend Michelle and B & C! Michelle is the most capable property manager we have come across. Our property has gone through a difficult tenant and subsequently various energies repairs. Michelle has dealt all those matters calmly and in a timely manner! We are really grateful to have someone who we trust to look after our investment property.

Used B&C again to find a new tenant. Both Tiffany and Michelle were professional, motivated, helpful and approachable. Nothing was too much trouble. They know their stuff and advised me on some issues, current regulations, property law, tenants' rights etc. My new tenant moved in just a couple of weeks after the property was vacated and they presented several offers. Highly recommend this company and will use them again when required.

All was up to standard since the viewing stage (Shaquille was just so welcoming and easy to talk to) right until the check in stage (same day as payment cleared the check in was arranged).

Michelle and Tiffany have been brilliant through the whole process of finding a new flat to rent. It has been smooth and incredibly quick from start to finish and we have been kept well informed along the way, a big contrast to our experience with other agencies. The referencing system they use was very good and sped up the process considerably.

From the beginning, Tiffany and Michelle were very helpful, they kept me updated and answered all my questions directly. And if I had an issue it would be solved quickly.

I was staying in a hotel and had huge urgency to move in as quickly as possible.
They managed to move me in just 2 days , with such great support and speedy replies. Even though it was a shortlet and I all paid upfront ( quicker referencing process ) , it was still very impressive how fast I got in.
They also helped me settle in , installing new curtains and working out the wifi , etc...

Many thanks to Michelle, Shaq and Tiffany, they did an outstanding service .

I've been renting with B&C Properties for less than 6 months at 104 Grayston House.
The move in started fine, but after finding a mold issue that removed the use of my closet things have gone downhill.
In two months they have not fixed the problem and not offered any rental discount and being told that if I don't like it I can move.
