I had a great experience at Balfe’s Bikes in Kingston when purchasing my new bike. The fitting was exceptionally thorough and made a real difference they took the time to get everything perfectly adjusted and explained the setup clearly. The staff were incredibly helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable throughout the whole process. Nothing felt rushed, and I left feeling confident and well looked after. Second time I have had work done at Balfes and my bike has been returned with loose components, meaning I have had to twice take my bike back. First a loose headset after a full service, then a loose cassette after new wheels were put on.

Very helpful, friendly staff who are always happy to offer advice.

You have good people who are working there, I am talking about the salesman (Kurtis) his knowledge was second to none, store manager (Wes)who went out of his way to help me with my choices and your man at the workshop

Promised delivery date not met

Had a frame replaced & service recently , I was served by Curtis , Davide & Rosie .. Had a very good customer care & attention. They were all very professional & attentive .

Second (MTB) bike from Balfe's in as many months. This time through a CTW scheme. I'll be honest it's not the closest by far - a 40min drive when there are closer stores but the a few months ago they had the right bike at the right bike at the right price and even though this time the Specialized could be got anywhere I'm the kind of guy when someone looks after me and I know I can rely on them I'll go back there. Great Comms, coached me through the CTW scheme, very patient with the uncontrollables on this. Highly recommended, thanks again! I'll be back.
