The order was shipped in two parts, which was fine, though that would’ve been helpful to know prior to ordering. Because of the value of the order, I was due to receive some free samples which I specifically had to select at checkout, and they didn’t arrive in either parcel. Again, fine if I’d have known this couldn’t be fulfilled beforehand, but a bit disappointing to find out once everything had arrived. I just think when you market yourself as “luxury”, you expect communication and service to be a little better. Delivery times were otherwise prompt, though.

A lovely size hand wash and cream that fits nicely on the edge of a basin. I love the dark green bottles too!

The box is packed beautifully and it’s a card inside, everything is perfect, beautiful and thoughtful.

Products are great, just what I needed and they arrived quickly, but delivery packaging was way over the top. It could have been reduced by 75% and the products would still have arrived in perfect condition.

Great service and fast delivery, would recommend the geranium handcream, it’s gorgeous.

Package arrived beautifully packed but not good communication from DPD. Only got a notification on the day it would be delivered to say it was delayed! Then another one the day it arrived. Nothing to say it had been shipped or when to expect it.

Also, It makes no sense not to be able to buy over the phone either.

The most packaging I’ve ever seen! Please reduce your packaging! Until you do I won’t order again. Absolutely shocking in this day and age. Even if it’s recycled materials the size of the box matters too!

You sent a single hand cream wrapped in so much packaging that it was obscene. The irony of sending alongside a note suggesting you were grateful for me 'choosing to live closer to nature' was ridiculous.

Vouchers nicely presented with a personal greeting card. But then bizarrely we had two free samples in a massive cardboard box with yet another personal greeting card. Why? The samples would have fitted in an envelope!

I have the B Silent pillow spray and the scent is fabulous! Also the whole ordering/shipping experience was flawless. Look forward to trying more products. Wish there were sample sizes for choosing fragrances
