I found the online service to be extremely slow and buggy. They also did not honour the 10% first order discount despite this being my first order with Daylesford with no mention of exception for the product. They also marketed the Anya universal tote bag badly, showing both the large and mini together in the marketing, suggesting these were combined, as they have been across numerous other companies that sold this collaboration.

Given the slowness on the website, the urgency to secure a bag was important and it wasn’t until later I discovered the bags were sold separate. At 5.95 shipping this was not really acceptable to try create another order to secure.

Big disappointment on first interaction with the brand.

The organic dog food is a great success. Reordering on line was easy and delivery swift.

Our Easter order and the subsequent order were both very good quality and packed well. The meat was tender and very tasty.

Placed an order straight forward and all items in stock. Then days later get a re fund saying one item not in stock. I emailed asking why they didn’t contact me as I would of ordered something else as would of made sense as to the cost of delivery Disappointed to be honest

This item I purchased was for a little gift for a friend , it came very quick and as yet not sure how it tasted but was an ideal small wedding gift for someone who is not drinking alcohol.

Great product and excellent service from the online site. The Reed diffuser oil was delivered quickly and very well wrapped.

The delivery was late so had to buy additional product from another shop and the packaging comes with far too much shredded paper to pad out / protect the items shipped. I'm not sure what I am meant to do with all of that as if you stick it in your recycling it will blow around the neighbourhood
