BANKVIEW SOLICITORS WON MY CASE THROUGH MEDIATION
I HAD TO SHARE MY EXPERIENCE WITH BANKVIEW SOLICITORS BLACKBURN.THE SOLICITOR WHO HANDLED MY MEDIATION WAS VERY KNOWLEDGABLE AND HAD A LOT OF EXPERICENCE WITH THIS TYPE OF TELEPHONE MEDIATION HE ALSO HAD A EARPIECE FOR ME TO LISTEN TO THE MEDIATOR, MR AMIN WAS DOWN TO EARTH, VERY FRIENDLY, PROFFESIONAL AND IS THE ONLY SOLICITOR THAT I MET WHO CAN EXPLAIN LEGALIES WITHOUT BEING CONDECENDING, BUT THE ICING ON THE CAKE WAS THAT I WON THE CASE, THE OTHER PARTY WITHDREW AND MR AMIN IS A VERY COMPETENT LITAGATOR AND I SAVED OVER A £1000 AND MY BILL WAS VERY REASONABLE WHICH I LOVED. I DONT NORMALLY WRITE REVIEWS BUT I AM USING THESE GUYS EVERYTIME I HAVE A LEGAL PROBLEM, THEY ARE NOW ALSO DOING MY CONVEYANCING AND A BIG SHOUT OUT TO AWAIS WHO KEPT THE WHOLE MACHINE GOING.

Legal Paramount
As you may know, selling a property can be quite exhausting . . .
. . . and this was a more complex sale anyway. However, four month after ‘the handshake’ matters got stuck & no progress could be made. Therefore I decided to change my solicitor. I have been recommended Mr Amin as the man who can ‘move things’ fast & I can tell you: he does!
His extraordinary negotiation skills and familiarity within the professional local community & authorities has certainly allowed to make – more or less - instant progress with the sale. He ‘got on’ with tasks as and when required & even worked longer on Eid.
There was a clear understanding about instructions and fees, backed up by the mandatory paperwork/policies & I always got a confirmation email when requested.
Over the phone ‘Bank View Solicitors’ team members are very responsive, friendly and well spoken.
