I have been using the Bareminerals concealer in shade 1N for about 5 years. I contacted the company by email last week asking if they have changed the ingredients as I have experienced a reaction to this product. No one has ever replied to me. I have also left a 1 star rating against the item and my review has not been published. I will never buy anything from this company again.

I absolutely love Bare Minerals butter drench cream but am so disappointed at this response from them regarding recycling: Currently, there is no specific information available about the recyclability of the SKINLONGEVITY® Butter Drench Cream tub and lid. Apologies for this lack of details.
Awful . I paid £117 for items I needed for an event and I paid extra for express delivery to avoid the kind of stress this company then put me through. No one taking any responsibility for anything. Wasted hours on the phone, reduced to tears. and I never got my products. Eventually heard from the courier who have only just been given my order on " standard" by friday afternoon, with no sign of a delivery date- I called customer line immediately asking them to contact a manager immediately and request they resend urgently before close. THe operative refused to even email. I spent 30 minutes by telephone trying to reason with him ( Alex- a male operative who was unhelpful and offhand)eventually he agreed to write the email at 5.15pm friday, then let me know the warehouse closed at 5pm. i had been imploring him since 4.45pm to write that email and he deliberately left it too late. despite empty promises from one customer operative earlier in the afternoon, they would request a resend at express delivery I had paid for. They never did. I even offered to pay the express charge again and return a box if he original one arrived. Instead she cancelled my express delivery charge and made no attempt to ensure I actually got my items. I was crystal clear when I paid that I needed it for an event. which meant I was never going to get it in time. By the end of the afternoon, had never heard from the supposed manager to whom they had claimed it was escalated and no delivery nor delivery date. I actually had to cancel my event as I was left in such a distressed state. I have now lost my fee for my work event and have been put through major upheaval. I have heard nothing but excuses and platitudes. Not one person took it upon themself to see it through and sort it out. It is obvious I will be forced to spend hours again next week chasing. The company have farmed their so called customer services to other continents. Usual story of not caring about the actual customer. It started off well with the operative advising me on the products, but once they had my funds there was zero attempt to do right.
The customer service team were proactive in resolving my problem when my order didn’t arrive. They were helpful and efficient in getting a replacement sent which I have now received.
Bare minerals recently changed their formula for cushion cloud foaming cleanser. This was confirmed through a bare minerals representative. I am in my 50’s and don’t get pimples anymore…since using this new product I’ve had pimples everyday for 2 weeks. It does not foam up as they claim. The consistency is less concentrated than that if its predecessor meaning you have to use more to get a lather…and it still doesn’t lather up! So if you continue to use it you’ll be spending a lot more money because it won’t last long.
Paid for 1-2 day delivery and contacted to check status, then queried refund for delivery. Unimpressed to be having a conversation via email by an AI Bot
Bare Minerals were let down by there delivery company but, Alex and Michelle in Customer Service turned the situation around with their customer assistance and support. Sometimes when things go a bit wrong the most important thing is how you put it right. They were extremely helpful and I would not hesitate to order again. Thank you

When placing an order the wrong shipping address was accidentally inputted and I no longer live at the address, so the parcel wouldn’t have been received. Although it’s against the company’s terms to change the address once an order has been placed, Michelle kindly helped me by dispatching a new order. I am very grateful and happy with the service.
I had a promo code that didn't go through properly (giving under 10% discount instead of 20%). Customer service was fast, decisive and very helpful. Alex configured my order to ensure the promised discount.

Like the BareMinerals products a lot. My skin is sensitive and these products do not irritate it further.

My only suggestion would be that you perhaps consider using Royal Mail instead of EVRI who have no conscience when delivering customers parcels.
I strongly advise you to reconsider purchasing from this company. Their customer service responses are generic, unhelpful, and show little concern for addressing actual questions. They have reformulated their product—but not for the better. The foundation now performs so poorly that it congeals on your skin and becomes crusty by the end of the day.
When I finally managed to speak to a real person beyond the AI, this was their response to my concerns:
“Unfortunately, we do not have visibility into the specific reasons why a product’s formula might be changed or reintroduced, but it can happen for various reasons. That said, we truly value your opinion, and we’ll ensure your comments are shared with the relevant team.”
How does a company not know why they reformulated their own product?
Great products, and what is even more important Bare Minerals are cruelty free and do not test on animals! Customers service is very helpful. Very quick delivery:)
I received a damaged eyeliner, which had clearly been crushed by the delivery company. A phone call to bare minerals customer services and they resolved the problem within 5 minutes, I couldn’t ask for more.
The company went above and beyond with a problem on delivery. Their products are amazing. I have an allergy problem with a lot of products but not with bare minerals. my daughter loves them too but as we have different skin tones it isn't a case of mine disappearing 😂
I spent £220+ trying to find a foundation shade (no counter concessions left where you can try products) - returned the products as discussed with customer service, and despite having them collected by Evri (only courier option available), on 28th October, Bareminerals deny receiving the return. The other parcel (White Stuff returns) collected by the same courier on the same day was received by White Stuff on 1st November, no problems. Customer service refusing to do anything, as are Clearpay, so I will be reporting to the Police. Service has been awful, and very slow, which is a darn shame as the products are fantastic. I will keep this updated with outcome.
Ordered make up 2nd October and has never arrived. Despite emailing twice, I have received no reply so I will now have yo raise a complaint via my bank to get a refund . Poor service and will definitely not order directly from them again.
